Do Local Assemblies Need To Be Guided By A Pastor?

Amen, Amen!!!! I have asked people, "What person would have greater wisdom and teaching than the Holy Spirit Who lives in them?" I have been told more than once in various ways that I couldn't know the truth because I didn't go to seminary. When I left the Catholic church, I began noticing that "Protestant" churches were using a hierarchy the same only slightly different from the Catholic church. It then occurred to me that the "Protestant" church began because of people like Luther and Calvin, who brought with them their ways when they left the Catholic church.
