If the same things happened to the narc they would not notice it was exactly what they did. They use everything that happens to them to blame others. They are completely irrational. We should never allow the narc to see us being like them, its only food for them.

The devil is controlling them, he loves it when he can cause born again believer to act badly in return. That's why God said to "do good to those who persecute you." It does not mean we have to stay around them, it just means if we have to be in their presence we never return evil for evil. God will deal with them later, He knows better than us what must be done.
