Denying Christ Takes Many Forms

There are many ways to deny Christ, one very subtle way believers today are doing it, is through their silence to be accepted by man.

Most believers are fearful of sharing the gospel and even more fearful of retribution when they correct those in error within the church.

Proverbs 29:25 " 25 The fear of man brings a snare, But he who trusts in the LORD will be exalted."

Isaiah 51:12 ""I, even I, am He who comforts you. Who are you that you are afraid of man who dies And of the son of man who is made like grass,"

Psalm 27:1 "The Lord is my light and my salvation;
Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the defense of my life;
Whom shall I dread?"

Psalm 118:5-9
"5 From my distress I called upon the Lord;
The Lord answered me and set me in a large place.
6 The Lord is for me; I will not fear; What can man do to me?
7 The Lord is for me among those who help me;
Therefore I will look with satisfaction on those who hate me.
8 It is better to take refuge in the Lord Than to trust in man.
9 It is better to take refuge in the Lord Than to trust in princes."

Ask Christ to Change You!

Isaiah 14:11-13

"…11 Your pomp and the music of your harps Have been brought down to Sheol; Maggots are spread out as your bed beneath you And worms are your covering.'
12 "How you have fallen from heaven, O star of the morning, son of the dawn! You have been cut down to the earth, You who have weakened the nations!
13 "But you said in your heart, 'I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God, And I will sit on the mount of assembly In the recesses of the north.…"

The same pride that caused the devil to be thrown out of heaven is the pride that will cause many people to be thrown into hell with the devil and his angels.

The only hope for anyone is to confess their sin, ask Christ to change them into a new creation. Christ will not over-rule our will. He will only come to dwell in those who want to be cleansed by Him.
