Drama and Gossip Takes a New Turn

Please stop listening to and sharing information from anonymous sources you have not met saying things you did not see for yourself. This is drama and gossip!

The Exploding Culture

Have you wondered what we are seeing right now in our culture of chaos and violence? It's simple, those who are violent and angry full of disdain for others are narcissists.

These people are not satisfied with living their own lives as they please, they must be superior and force others to submit to them.

In there quest to control those around them they lie continually. The devil uses their mouth to bring hate to anyone who will not bow to their own will.

2 Timothy 3:1-5
3 But realize this, that in the last days difficult (ragingly insane) times will come.
2 For men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, revilers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy,
3 unloving, irreconcilable, malicious gossips, without self-control, brutal, haters of good,
4 treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,
5 holding to a form of godliness, although they have denied its power; Avoid such men as these."

Notice that everything going on in the culture against the society is based on lies that are particularly irrational. They make no sense whatever and yet those who are controlled by the devil actually believe they have a legitimate grievance against everyone they wish to treat with disrespect.

They tear down statues that were paid for by others in the community, statues that never belonged to them. They ruin businesses that never did them any harm. When asked why they are so angry they repeat platitudes they were instructed to rant and rage about but have no understanding of why.

Proverbs 18:2
"A fool takes no pleasure in understanding, but only in expressing his opinion."

Proverbs 29:11
"A fool gives full vent to his spirit, but a wise man quietly holds it back."

We are living in the end times, the best way to handle a narcissist is to punish the evil he does and completely ignore him when he rants. A narcissist has the mentality of a bratty six-year-old. For a bratty six-year-old we can spank them and they will learn to stop acting badly, however, a full-grown narcissist who acts like a bratty six-year-old only understands severe punishment that takes away all their power.

The governments are indulging these bratty six-year-olds in full-grown bodies, there is nothing we can do when this happens, except pray for God to intervene Himself.

Our trust can no longer be in our own power or the good sense of a government, it does not exist anymore. Our only hope is to trust in Christ. He is allowing this in our country to discipline us for all our sins.

Believers can withdraw from the culture living our lives led by the Holy Spirit and leave the world to itself. It will implode soon after the rapture of God's people, that will be God's business, not ours.

2 Corinthians 6:16-18 "…16 What agreement can exist between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said: “I will dwell with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be My people.” 17 “Therefore come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord. Touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you.” 18 And: “I will be a Father to you, and you will be My sons and
daughters, says the Lord Almighty.”

Stop agonizing over the chaos and lost freedoms, God said this would happen, it is prophesied, we can expect worse but as we see all this happening we can live with expectancy for the future of the born again believer, a greater glory that man has never seen, with our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ.

Feelings are not Facts!!!

It is not my intent to offfend any particular group of Christianity but I have to say this about one group that has brought so much grief to the heart of God. That is the Charismatic Pentecostals.

They rely more on their emotions than they do truth. If their emotions do not match with truth they go with the emotions. When confronted that they are wrong and need to seek Chrit in His word they fight and argue to defend their sin and then they attack the character of the one who corrected them.

I have heard several Charismatic Pentecostals claim God sent them another spouse after their divorce. I corrected them with Scripture and they become angry even accusing me of being "mean spirited" and "lacking faith" for not trusting God to bring them a second spouse.

Scripture is not very important to those who love their "religious" ideas based on emotions. These people believe "feelings are facts", they attack others for attempting to bring truth and reason to the discussion.

My character has been attacked on a number of occasions for not accepting their assertions that God told them something when that something was directly against His Word.

It is these types who will be chasing after the antichrist with great enthusiasm when he appears. Since emotions and feelings drive every moment of their lives they cannot possibly be led by the Holy Spirit, He does not dwell in someone who loves their own ways above His.

Proverbs 18:1-3 "1 He who isolates himself pursues selfish desires; he rebels against all sound judgment. 2 A fool does not delight in understanding, but only in airing his opinions. 3 With a wicked man comes contempt as well, and shame is accompanied by disgrace."

It is difficult sometimes when we meet with people who say they are Christians, even acting excited to talk about "Jesus" while they are defying His Word and resistant to His correction when they are in sin.

Our question perhaps should be, "which Jesus they love" and "who do they pray to" that they would get answers opposite of what God says in His Word.

Proverbs 12:15-16 "15 The way of a fool is right in his own eyes, but a wise man listens to counsel. 16 A fool’s anger is known at once, but a prudent man overlooks an insult.…"

Do not be a fool, trust Christ, read His Word to be cleansed continually and obey what you read there, this is the answer!

When Christ Changes Us!

So many Christians want to hang onto the life they had before they decided to become a Christian. This makes me suspect about their salvation experience, if there ever was one in the first place.

Anyone who became born again had to confess their sinfulness, then the Lord send His Holy Spirit to come and live in them. The Holy Spirit changes completely who we are, our character has been changed from the old to the new. The old no longer exists.

All the sin we loved before we now hate. All the righteousness we encountered in others before that made us uncomfortable is now a blessing and joy to us.

If you have not changed at all in your mental and emotional makeup over the years then you could not have been changed by Christ. When Christ makes something new it stays new.

2 Corinthians 5:16-18 "16 So from now on we regard no one according to the flesh. Although we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer. 17 Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away. Behold, the new has come! 18 All this is from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation:…"

When we are dead in our sins we love the sin in which we dwell. When we have been changed by Christ we hate the sin we used to love.

Proverbs 6:16-19 lists seven things which are also abominations: "haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are swift in running to mischief, a false witness who utters lies, and one who spreads strife among brothers."

Anyone who refuses to admit they are in sin or justifies it in some way, cannot be born again. The Holy Spirit brings a burden to His children when they sin until they confess to be cleansed.

1 John 1:7-9 "…7 But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin. 8 If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.…"

Those who feel no sense of shame over their sin, while believing their sin is good and justified cannot be born again. This is the stubbornness of the unsaved.

Proverbs 18:2
"A fool takes no pleasure in understanding, but only in expressing his opinion."

Proverbs 29:11
"A fool gives full vent to his spirit, but a wise man quietly holds it back."

Proverbs 1:7
"The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge; fools despise wisdom and instruction."

If you have been skating on an appearance of cultural Christianity for many years it is time to confess that sin and begin to seek Christ to be born again.

Prayer to Whom and Which Jesus?

It has become popular in our day to use the words "pray" and "Jesus", but it is not prayer to the Christian God nor is it the Christian Jesus!

Never be fooled by those who use these terms, always ask "which Jesus" and "prayer to whom." You will be astonished by the responses.
