The Last Days Deceptions are Rampant and Prominent Now

Another false doctrine being taught in the seminaries and propagated in the church gatherings growing rapidly is that angels mated with human flesh, that is women.
To say that devils could impregnate a human woman is to assign to angels the same power God the Father had in impregnating Mary. It is a form of blasphemy.
Angels do not have a seed that can bond with the seed of a woman. Only God can create a seed from nothing. Devils are spirits and the human woman is flesh. God said "Each one after its own kind", which includes the different species of beings that are spiritual.
Demons do not have the human male equipment to do this to a woman. And, how would a woman even know it was happening if it was spiritual.
Next, I want to ask why would we assume a union of a spirit devil and a human woman would produce giants? Why would they not be spirit beings or tiny people spirit beings, or invisible beings?
The teaching of the devils mating with human women comes from the book of Enoch which contains much heresy. In that book, the giants were over 400 ft tall, which means a small human woman would have to give birth to a 140-pound baby if the baby grew at the normal rate of human babies. Of course, this is just silly.
The book of Enoch was rejected because of its other heresies as well as the angles and human mating idea. Sadly many notable scholars in these last days do take many of their beliefs from extra-Biblical writings as well as psychology.
There were giants in the land but there was no connection between the angels and the humans, it's merely a description of the people of the time.
I am convinced that the Men of God were godly men who took the daughters of men who were pagan women. God forbade godly men from taking pagan wives, it was against God Himself to do this.
This is just one example of the last days of deception and heresies that dominate modern church gatherings. It is astounding how popular a belief becomes when it is taken from paganism and how diminished principles becomes when it is from God's Word. This is a sign of the times, the end times in which false doctrine is popularized while truth is minimized.
2 Timothy 4:3
"3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;"

Jesus Christ is the Only One Who can make us a New Creation

There are lots of indicators in God's Word that once Jesus Christ makes us into a new creation we will never go back and be the old again.
The account of Nicodemus is one such story.
John 3:1-8 "1 Now there was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews;
2 this man came to Jesus at night and said to Him, “Rabbi, we know that You have come from God as a teacher; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.”
3 Jesus responded and said to him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless someone is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
4 Nicodemus *said to Him, “How can a person be born when he is old? He cannot enter his mother’s womb a second time and be born, can he?”
5 Jesus answered, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless someone is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.
6 That which has been born of the flesh is flesh, and that which has been born of the Spirit is spirit.
7 Do not be amazed that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’
8 The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but you do not know where it is coming from and where it is going; so is everyone who has been born of the Spirit.”"
Christ told Nicodemus that once a man is born from his mother he can never go back into his mother's womb and become a baby again. He also said once we have been born of the Spirit of God we can never return to our state before we were changed into a new creation by Christ. Our rebirth in Christ is not fleshly, it is Spiritual. Our flesh remains a problem to the born-again believer, a battle begins between our flesh and the Spirit of God Who lives in us.
God gave us many examples in nature of this principle that once we have been changed by God we can never go back and be the old thing again.
2 Corinthians 5:17 "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new". This verse means that anyone who is in Christ is a new person, with a new moral and spiritual condition."
God gave us the butterfly, when it begins in the cocoon it is a worm. When it emerges from the cocoon it is a beautiful butterfly. It can never go back to being a worm again ever.
We are worms worthy of God's punishment and judgment before we are born again. After we have trusted Christ He makes us into something beautiful. We are not perfect because we live in this sinful flesh that must be dominated by the Spirit in us daily as we die to self.
Notice that when we die as believers our flesh cannot go because God cannot be in the presence of sin. Our Spirit goes to be with the Father but our flesh remains to rot away. We will have new bodies at the resurrection, only the new bodies free from sin will be able to go into the presence of God. Our Spirit which was changed by Christ at our born-again experience does go directly to the Father upon our fleshly death.
Isaiah 41:14
"14 Fear not, you worm Jacob,
you men of Israel!
I am the one who helps you, declares the Lord;
your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel."
Without Christ, mankind is a worm worthy of judgment and wrath. With Christ we are made new with His Spirit dwelling in us. He becomes a part of us and deals with the flesh continually to help us grow in holiness.
Hebrews 12:5-7 "…5 And you have forgotten the exhortation that addresses you as sons: “My son, do not take lightly the discipline of the Lord, and do not lose heart when He rebukes you. 6 For the Lord disciplines the one He loves, and He chastises every son He receives.” 7 Endure suffering as discipline; God is treating you as sons. For what son is not disciplined by his father?…"
The born-again believers don't have to work really hard to keep their salvation, Christ Himself lives in them guiding them daily. Those who resist the teachings of the Holy Spirit will suffer loss, not of their salvation but the loss of rewards.
1 Corinthians 3:14-16 "…14 If what he has built survives, he will receive a reward. 15 If it is burned up, he will suffer loss. He himself will be saved, but only as if through the flames. 16 Do you not know that you yourselves are God’s temple, and that God’s Spirit dwells in you?"
There are many who have little or no fruit of the Spirit, they may or may not be born again. If they rage against the truth then they have never been born again. If they neglect to obey but do not rage they may be infantile believers who will miss many blessings in this life and the next for their stubbornness unless they confess it to be cleansed by Christ.
However, and this is a big one, God said we shall know them by their fruit. Those who are not at all ashamed of their sin and rage against those who correct them are very likely not born again. The fruit of the Spirit are the character qualities of Christ. The least that should happen to a believer when they are confronted about their sinful attitudes is a sense of shame leading them eventually to confess to be cleansed.
Galatians 5:22-23
"22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law."
The fruit of the Spirit are the character qualities of Christ, they are not works but they do lead to works as an outpouring of what is in the heart.
1 John 1:9 "9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous, so that He will forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
An unbeliever confesses their sinfulness to God to become born again. A believer confesses their individual sins to be cleansed of them to further grow in holiness. Those of us who are born again ought to be confessing, growing and changing as the Lord cleanses us continually until He takes us home.
1 John 1:8 in the Bible, "If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us".
This passage in 1 John is speaking to believers. Those who think they never sin are denying the existence of their sinful flesh that fights against their Spirit continually.
Galatians 5:17-25
"17 For the desire of the flesh is against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; for these are in opposition to one another, in order to keep you from doing whatever you want. 18 But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the Law."
Those who sin in attitude or deed defending it and excusing it as good are not born again. these are the pretenders who want the safety and blessings God offers but they do not want Him. They are takers without regard to offending God Who created them.
Those who love the Lord with all their heart are those who are ashamed quickly of their sinful attitudes and deeds and cannot rest until they have confessed them to God and to whoever they offended.
May each one reading this take inventory asking God to show them their state so they can walk with Christ in agreement with Him.

Blessing Those Who Curse Us but Avoid Them to Remain Faithful to Christ.

God clearly states that when in the company of unrepentant people we "bless those who curse us", however, this does not mean we remain their friends. Also, we are always to show others the respect they didn't show us to remain faithful to the character of Christ Who lives in us.
Luke 6:27-29 "27But to those of you who will listen, I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, 28bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. 29If someone strikes you on one cheek, turn to him the other also. And if someone takes your cloak, do not withhold your tunic as well."
This does not mean they are our friends, those who continue to treat us disrespectfully are attempting to cause us to become angry and become like them, we must avoid them to protect our walk with Christ, unless it is impossible to avoid them, then we walk with Christ no matter what they do to us.
Proverbs 23:22-25 "…23 for the LORD will take up their case and will plunder those who rob them. 24 Do not make friends with an angry man, and do not associate with a hot-tempered man, 25 or you may learn his ways and entangle yourself in a snare."
The culture we live in every day is the way we will become if we do not continually seek Christ for cleansing and guidance. We live in a mean and wicked culture that follows their father the devil. We will follow our Father and His Son Jesus Christ to avoid being caught in the trap of the unruly, insolent and ill-mannered world around us.
What should set us apart from the world is our resolve to follow Christ while swimming upstream from the culture that batters us every day. I recall the account of Lot when God said that Lot was vexed daily because of the society that encompassed him every single day.
Sadly when we follow Christ we will find ourselves swimming upstream against what is going on in the church gatherings today. People in general are dedicated to their comfortable traditions far more than they love Christ.
Mark 7:13
"13 thereby invalidating the word of God by your tradition which you have handed down; and you do many things such as that.”
Pride is rampant in the church because the church has become apostate living in the world desiring all it has to offer without regard to what God thinks of it.
Hebrews 12:5-7 "…5And you have forgotten the exhortation that addresses you as sons: “My son, do not take lightly the discipline of the Lord, and do not lose heart when He rebukes you. 6For the Lord disciplines the one He loves, and He chastises every son He receives.” 7Endure suffering as discipline; God is treating you as sons. For what son is not disciplined by his father?…"
No one can undo what God does, only He can change our hearts we cannot do that ourselves. When He changes our hearts we don't want to sin and are ashamed when we allow our flesh or the devil to entice us, so we confess it to be cleansed.
1 John 3:8-10 "…8 The one who practices sin is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the very start. This is why the Son of God was revealed, to destroy the works of the devil. 9 Anyone born of God refuses to practice sin, because God’s seed abides in him; he cannot go on sinning, because he has been born of God. 10 By this the children of God are distinguished from the children of the devil: Anyone who does"

God is the God of Many Atributes

Elijah used sarcasm when he rebuked the priests of Baal. He said; "whats the matter are your gods sleeping", when he challenged them with His miracles from God that their god could not do.
It is appropriate at times to use sarcasm to show someone how foolish is a false judgment or belief system.
We have been pummelled these days with many false teachers and doctrines in the church that are causing people to think more like the world than Christ.
1 Kings 18:26-28 "…26 And they took the bull that was given them, prepared it, and called on the name of Baal from morning until noon, shouting, “O Baal, answer us!” But there was no sound, and no one answered as they leaped around the altar they had made. 27 At noon Elijah began to taunt them, saying, “Shout louder, for he is a god! Perhaps he is deep in thought, or occupied, or on a journey. Perhaps he is sleeping and must be awakened!” 28 So they shouted louder and cut themselves with knives and lances, as was their custom, until the blood gushed over them.…"
Modern Christianity suggests that because God is a God of love that He is nothing else except that. God is the God of many things and one of them is justice. To show mercy to the wicked man who is unrepentant would be unloving to the one the wicked man harmed.
To require the harmed person to remain friends with the unrepentant is to punish the harmed one while coddling the one who has harmed not only that but to coddle the perpetrator of sin is to offend our Holy God.
Proverbs 6:12-19
"A worthless person, a wicked man, Walks with a perverse mouth; He winks with his eyes, He shuffles his feet, He points with his fingers; Perversity is in his heart, He devises evil continually, He sows discord. Therefore his calamity shall come suddenly; Suddenly he shall be broken without remedy. These six things the LORD hates, Yes, seven are an abomination to Him: A proud look, A lying tongue, Hands that shed innocent blood, A heart that devises wicked plans, Feet that are swift in running to evil, A false witness who speaks lies, And one who sows discord among brethren."
When the wicked man has been given the gospel and refused it we are to walk away and leave the results of our conversation to God. We are not responsible to try to convince someone with good sounding arguments to entice them to trust in Christ except and if they want to listen.
Romans 10:17
"17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God."
It is God's word we use through the power of the Holy Spirit and it is the work of God on that person to convince or leave alone. God knows exactly what a resistant unbeliever needs we do not.
Before a man can trust in Christ He must want to hear the truth. When someone does not want to hear we are to walk on down the road to someone else who might want to hear.
We find out if someone wants to hear when we begin to speak. The first rejection is enough for us to walk on. Then God may send someone else but our job is finished unless the person comes back and this time wants to hear more.
We are never to fight with unbelievers, this is a foolish tactic to intimidate others. We are not to force others in the church to listen to us when there is a disagreement. We are to act respectfully, share our wisdom and walk on if they don't want to hear.
Forcing someone through intimidation or punishment never changes a heart. It may cause someone to pretend to change their mind to avoid being treated rudely, but it never changes a heart.
Hearts are changed by Christ when He changes it in response to a person's desire to know the truth. God will never change a heart against a person's will.
Ephesians 2:1-10
1"And you were dead in the trespasses and sins
2 in which you once walked, following the course of this world, following the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that is now at work in the sons of disobedience—
3 among whom we all once lived in the passions of our flesh, carrying out the desires of the body and the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, like the rest of mankind.
4 But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us,
5 even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved—
6 and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,
7 so that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.
8 For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God,
9 not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them."
