John 16:2
"They will put you out of the synagogues. In fact, a time is coming when anyone who kills you will think he is offering a service to God."
Those who wish to obey Christ and His Word, the Bible, are run out of the apostate churches; they are not tolerated. The tactics of ignoring, gossip, and rejection are common for those who speak the Word of God.
John 15:18-19
"If the world hates you, understand that it hated Me first. / If you were of the world, it would love you as its own. Instead, the world hates you, because you are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world."
John 7:5 (Speaking of Jesus Christ)
"For even His own brothers did not believe in Him."
Psalm 41:9 (David)
"Even my close friend, whom I trusted, the one who shared my bread, has lifted up his heel against me."
Matthew 24:10 (End Times Authentic Believers)
"At that time many will fall away and will betray and hate one another,"
Matthew 10:35-37 "…35 For I have come to turn ‘a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law. 36 A man’s enemies will be the members of his own household.’ 37 Anyone who loves his father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me; anyone who loves his son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me;…"
Micah 7:6
"For a son dishonors his father, a daughter rises against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law. A man’s enemies are the members of his own household."
Mark 13:12
"Brother will betray brother to death, and a father his child. Children will rise against their parents and have them put to death."
It is tolerable to be insulted by those who don't pretend to be Christians, but when it is those who say they are Christians who reject and dishonor us and God, this stings more. After years of emotional and spiritual abuse, the sting goes away and is replaced with the peace of Christ once we realize there is nothing we can do to change it, and God has our back.
Hebrews 13:5-6 "5 Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, for God has said: “Never will I leave you, never will I forsake you.” 6So we say with confidence: “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?”…"
Then, our best friend becomes Jesus Christ, no one will come above Him in importance.
John 15:15
"15 No longer do I call you slaves, for the slave does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, because all things that I have heard from My Father I have made known to you."
There is no better friend than Jesus Christ Who lives in us!!!!
