Heed The Warnings!!!!
There have been enough warnings extended on the internet that no one has to be deceived by "The Chosen." Those who love Christ could not enjoy a production with so much unbiblical and flippant teachings as are in that series.
Proverbs 30:5-6
"Every word of God proves true; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him. Do not add to his words, lest he rebuke you and you be found a liar."
Galatians 1:6-9
"I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting him who called you in the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel— not that there is another one, but there are some who trouble you and want to distort the gospel of Christ. But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach to you a gospel contrary to the one we preached to you, let him be accursed. As we have said before, so now I say again: If anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to the one you received, let him be accursed."
That is pretty serious business to distort the word of God, so much so that God says they are "accursed."
Accursed meaning "doomed to destruction." That's just how serious it is to write a book or make a movie that changes the meanings of God's Word. This also applies to taking passages out of context to prove a point God never made. This is why it is so important that we keep all passages in their context and in the context of the rest of the Bible.
We see this all the time, many "Christians" who are attempting to make the Bible say what they want it to say by removing passages from their context and putting them with psychology or some other worldly system that does not obey the Bible.

Unequally Yoked to Unbelievers or a Pretender

Those who are not concerned about the way the Bible has been used to pervert the Scriptures in this series; "The Chosen", had better begin to pray for discernment.
Any person who calls themselves a Christian who becomes unequally yoked to Catholics and Mormons, even calling them his brothers who believe in the same Jesus, is not a born-again Christian.
In the last days deceptions we will see "religions" melding with one another to eventually be the medium through which the antichrist will entice people into following him.
2 Corinthians 6:14-15 "14 Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership can righteousness have with wickedness? Or what fellowship does light have with darkness? 15 What harmony is there between Christ and Belial? Or what does a believer have in common with an unbeliever?…"
