Continually "Looking Out There" Brings Deadness to One's Soul

It is common for people to look "out there" at the evil around them and feel angry or make judgments on things they don't really know about or understand. They have one or two things they think they see and believe they know all about it.
It's easy to "look out there", because it is safe from having to self-reflect, looking inward for our God to reveal our own flaws to us. Those who spend all their time "looking out there" are often judgemental about things that don't matter but have been overblown in order to feel superior to others. They love their special knowledge which is tainted with media spin and gossip.
More Scripture is violated by Christians than obeyed because of this mentality of "looking out there." Those who are continually seeing the flaws of the government, the community, and certain family members seldom see their own need for correction.
We know this when they rage at someone who is trying to resolve a problem through honesty, the purpose is for repentance to occur so the relationship can be restored. But all the self-entitled person sees is that someone pointed out they were not perfect and may need to confess their own sin. It enrages them and causes them to become vengeful through isolation, disrespect covertly so that others don't notice, and acting the victim to those who don't know what is really going on.
We also see these self-righteous ones approving of many things God calls sin, one of which is divorce and remarriage. They think they are good Christians by not sinning in this area themselves but they endorse these practices when their friends and family commit these sins.
“Every time we seek man’s approval and praise, we say to the Lord that His sacrifice was not enough.” Trillia Newbell
Romans 1:31-32 "…31 They are senseless, faithless, heartless, merciless. 32 Although they know God’s righteous decree that those who do such things are worthy of death, they not only continue to do these things, but also approve of those who practice them.
Psalm 50:18
When you see a thief, you befriend him, and throw in your lot with adulterers.
Proverbs 28:4
Those who forsake the law praise the wicked, but those who keep the law resist them.
Psalm 50:18 "…17 For you hate My instruction and cast My words behind you. 18 When you see a thief, you befriend him, and throw in your lot with adulterers. 19 You unleash your mouth for evil and unharness your tongue for deceit.…"
Galatians 1:10
"For am I now seeking the approval of man, or of God? Or am I trying to please man? If I were still trying to please man, I would not be a servant of Christ."
Colossians 3:23
"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men,"
We are living in a day when correction is seen as a personal attack rather than a desire to help another believer to walk a more holy walk. The angry one does not think beyond how they feel, to how their approval and actions influence those around them. They act as though they live their lives in isolation.
Many "Christians" today are saying what the people said in the times of Isaiah, "do not tell us the truth, we don't like it" basically is the gist of their mindset even if they don't say it.
Isaiah 30:10
"Who say to the seers, “Do not see,” and to the prophets, “Do not prophesy to us what is right; speak to us smooth things, prophesy illusions,"
