Satan knows the best way to destroy relationships, our peace, and the body of Christ is to entrench people in tabloid news in which there is no value in knowing.
Just because someone writes a news article does not mean what they write is true. Just because someone posts a video does not mean everything on the video is true. There are very clever ways these days to twist words, take little bits of information that is true mix it with mostly lies and make it sound plausible.
The "right" complain continually about the fake news while at the same time indulging in their own version of fake news put out by anonymous sources. The left is more obvious in their deceptions and at this time much more powerful, but the right has no excuse because they claim to have righteousness on their side, this too is a lie.
Let me warn everyone, if a source is anonymous then it needs to be ignored and rejected.
Exodus 23:1
“You shall not spread a false report. You shall not join hands with a wicked man to be a malicious witness."
Families, the church, and every other venue is being ripped apart by false news reports both on the right and on the left. This phenomenon is coming at us furiously now as the devil works feverishly to destroy and demolish all relationships.
When we are aware of this we can resist listening to the foolishness that destroys others. We can build one another up in the holiest faith using the Bible, Holy Spirit wisdom and faith that mends rather than tears apart.
1 Peter 5:8 "
"Be sober, be vigilant, because your adversary the devil walketh about as a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour."
Those who have been sucked into the devil's lies are often narcissists who love to appear superior through their special knowledge. However, to a wise and discerning person, these people are exposed as destroyers, controlled by devils. Their minds have been taken captive by these devils to believe things that are not only not true but twist the word of God.
2 Timothy 3:1-5
Difficult (ragingly insane) Times Will Come
3 But realize this, that in the last days difficult times will come.
2 For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, slanderers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy,
3 unloving, irreconcilable, malicious gossips, without self-control, brutal, haters of good,
4 treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,
5 holding to a form of godliness although they have denied its power; avoid such people as these."
Gossip mongers are everywhere now, even in the church. They read and watch false news, bring it back to the church gathering to disquiet the hearts of those who wish to worship God while taking great glee in their destruction of relationships.
Shame on these people, may the Lord open their eyes and stop their lies!!!!
Proverbs 17:4 "Whoever practices evil pays attention to wicked speech, and the liar listens to malicious talk."
Proverbs 18:7-8 "The mouths of fools are their ruin; they trap themselves with their lips. Rumors are dainty morsels that sink deep into one’s heart."
Leviticus 19:16 "You must not go around spreading false stories against other people. Don’t do anything that would put your neighbor’s life in danger. I am the Lord."
Proverbs 20:19 Whoever spreads gossip betrays confidences; so don’t get involved with someone who talks too much."
Proverbs 11:13 "People who tell secrets about others cannot be trusted. Those who can be trusted keep quiet."
Proverbs 11:12 "Whoever derides their neighbor has no sense, but the one who has understanding holds their tongue."
When we love our brothers and sisters in Christ we take care to speak the truth of the Word of God to them rather than the gossip of the world.
I would like to encourage those of you who have been victims of the hateful treatment because you would not involve yourself in the worldly chatter that demeans and devalues one another. If you are born again and you are trusting Christ you will know who they are and what they do.
