Dispel the Deceptions with Scripture

There is now almost more deception in the world than truth and growing worse every day. Read Your Bible!!!!!

Never repeat idea or philosophy without the scripture, in context to back it up .

Knowledge Puffs Up

A person can have a vast amount of scriptural knowledge underneath a cloake of wickedness. Look at their fruit, not knowledge!  Dawn Martin

The Pretenders are more Numerous than the Authenic Born Again Believers

There are many if not most people who are pretenders in the apostate churches. We recognize them by their lack of fruit.

Matthew 7:15-20
A Tree and Its Fruit
15 “Beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves.
16 You will know them by their fruits. Grapes are not gathered from thorn bushes nor figs from thistles, are they?
17 So every good tree bears good fruit, but the bad tree bears bad fruit.
18 A good tree cannot produce bad fruit, nor can a bad tree produce good fruit.
19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.
20 So then, you will know them by their fruits."

Galatians 5:22-23
"22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
23 gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law."

These fruit are Spiritually discerned. Those who do not have the Holy Spirit dwelling in them will not recognize the lack of fruit or the good fruit in others.

This is why so many people will be deceived to follow men rather than Christ. They depend on words that flatter and make them "feel" good rather than words that are truth from the Word of God that edify our souls.

It Will Grow Worse, Our Hope is not on this Earth

Things are going to grow worse, God said it and I believe Him. There will be no end times worldwide revival, there will be so little faith upon the earth that God warned about it.

Matthew 24:21-23 "…21 For at that time there will be great tribulation, unmatched from the beginning of the world until now, and never to be seen again. 22 If those days had not been cut short, nobody would be saved. But for the sake of the elect, those days will be shortened. 23 At that time, if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There He is,’ do not believe it."

Any revivals people claim are happening or going to happen are smoke and mirrors. God clearly states that there will not be one. If one appears to come it is the antichrist dilution setting up to deceive people with false miracles.

The prosperity type preachers like to promise nice happy things to divert the fears of people. What they manage to do is lull the people to sleep while they are rocked into a false reality.

Apostate churches will be on board with these false miracles. They will even accuse born again believers of lacking faith because they are not buying into the false miracles and lying wonders.

Those who are looking to a leader right now to save their country are not looking to Christ. Israel had this mentality in the days of old. They wanted a king like the other nations when God was their ruler. God gave them what they wanted and it brought them nothing but trouble.
1 Samual 8

Sadly we have many "Christians" in our day looking for a leader who will make them safe and carry them through hard times. Their hope is not in Christ it is in a human leader.

To my dismay, I see Christians who are deeply invested in a nation and a leader, fighting to defend and promoting while elevating to god-like status men whom they believe can save them.

Christ was very clear that in these end times the only man who will come to save the day will be the false prophet and the antichrist. These two will make people believe they are going to make everything right. They are devils in disguise as gods. They will lie at every turn and produce a hypnotic state for those who have no Spiritual discernment or faith in Christ.

These people will be sucked into the false promises to the point of pledging their allegiance to them by taking the number of the man in whom they have placed their trust. The people will believe all the lies of the false prophet and the antichrist, even turning in their family and friends who will not bow the knee to this false god.

The world will ignore the clues that these two men are devils, just as they ignore the flaws in their favorite icons right now.

Does this sound slightly familiar to what is going on right now?

When believers will throw their friends under a bus because they have exposed some evil about a human being, they have made that human being more important than God.

Ephesians 5:11
"Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them."

Matthew 7:21-23
"“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’"

Just because someone claims to be a Christian does not make it so. Many people in our world say they are Bible believers but become agitated and even rage when their belief is exposed as wrong because of the scriptures.

We are to compare what our friends, family, and leaders say and do to the scriptures. When they are wrong we are to say so.

One of the biggest clues of idol worship is when someone cannot hear the clues that may expose their favorite preacher or leader.

One way we know someone is not acting according to the Spirit of God and the Bible is when they will not address the question but will turn to personal attacks on our character to discredit what we say rather than scripturally proving us wrong. So many people will use scripture but snatch it out of its context to make it say what they want to believe.

Remember this when you encounter those who tend to quote men more than they quote God. Those who will follow a man instead of Christ, are far more in number than those who love Christ.

Psalm 97:10
"O you who love the Lord, hate evil! He preserves the lives of his saints; he delivers them from the hand of the wicked."

Delayed Marriage, Delayed Children Brings Delayed Maturity

Please, parents, stop telling your children that they should have their fun first when they get married. Tell them that marriage is a blessing and our enjoyment comes from building a family.

It is not God's way to be sure to have fun first. Fun is a matter of perspective. We don't need "fun" we need commitment and joy in doing what comes naturally in building a family.

When people are taught to believe that marriage is a burden and fun is the objective as long as possible, the young people remain immature longer.

It is spiritual and emotional growth that comes from marrying and raising a family. The longer we play in a marriage the less we mature.

1 Corinthians 13:10-11
"10 but when the perfect comes, the partial will be done away. 11 When I was a child, I used to speak like a child, think like a child, reason like a child; when I [a]became a man, I did away with childish things."

When we marry too old and have children too old we delay spiritual and emotional growth. It is in doing these things that we grow and mature.

Delayed marriage, delayed children also brings delayed maturity.

A Good Age to Get Married

A sister in Christ asked the question, "what is a good age to get married."

My answer was this: "I was engaged to my husband when I was 16. We waited until I was 18 to get married so he could finish college but we didn't live together in those days.

We basically grew up together. When people wait too long to marry they become independent and staunch in their ways. The people who wait until they are older to marry miss those simple things in growing together in one's youth.

In our day children are less mature because they play way too long.

1 Corinthians 13:10-11 "…10 but when the perfect comes, the partial will be done away. 11 When I was a child, I used to speak like a child, think like a child, reason like a child; when I became a man, I did away with childish things.

Proverbs 5:18 "18 May your fountain be blessed, and may you rejoice in the wife of your youth: "

When we were young everything was an adventure.
We had little money and within a couple of months, we had a baby on the way. We didn't think we were poor because we had enough.

We didn't believe in divorce because of the Catholic church and later we didn't believe in it when we became born again and read the Bible.

I was saved first and about 10 years later my husband became saved and we left the Catholic church.

For us life wasn't about anything else except spending life together and having a family, that was our pleasure. We didn't need contrived adventures because life was our adventure.
After finding Christ the adventure of life became even more full."

To expound a little more I might have added to this that nowadays children are raised to be selfish, they want to "play" all the time viewing marriage and children as something to be avoided until they have had enough fun. As though life is over and nothing is enjoyable anymore after you get married with the responsibilities of a family. We never saw family as a bore or something to avoid. We loved just living life in a normal fashion without fancy things or wild activities.

This makes me sad to see the joy young people are missing just in their relationships and families because I know the joy that came with building a family in the beginning. Life was enjoyable just for normal life activities, we didn't need more than that.

Nowadays children are not happy unless they're doing something big and expensive. They don't seem to be able to enjoy the simple things.

If just one young couple could learn from this and dial back their desire to have worldly adventures, they would see how happy they can be without anything more than companionship and daily family activities.

Perhaps God will take away all the expensive play activities and remind people that it isn't money that satisfies, its the building of relationships and working together for something of value.
