Narcissism = Insolent Pride

"Man calls it "narcissism" but God calls it "insolent pride!"

Insolent: Rude and Arrogant

Stop Looking for Idols

Too many believers are ready and willing to hitch their wagon to anyone who claims they are Christian as long as they are famous. Sarah Palin is not at all what people think, she is a Pentecostal emotionalist! I do not trust her any more than I trust Trump. Her aligning herself with Trump is just another clue that something is wrong with her that we cannot see.

I have met a lot of Pentecostals who think they are going to be the ones to save the world and all they have to d...o is speak it all into existence. Fame and wealth are enticing to pretenders, they love the limelight and the wealth that comes with it, often neglecting their families to attain it all.

In most cases these people are caught in some sort of hidden sin eventually.
The "painter of lights", Thomas Kincade, was an alcoholic, divorced his wife and had many problems, eventually committing suicide. Everyone was gaga over his "Christian" proclamation, rushing out to buy his paintings. I liked his paintings, but the fact that so many were ready to jump on his band wagon of spirituality when they really didn't know him.

When someone claims to be a Christian, especially if they are famous, it is time to go to the magnifying glass, placing them under the glass of Scripture to see if they are what they say.

No one can know these politicians or actors, all we have is what the media feeds us. It is high time that believers stop getting all excited at the mention of Christianity simply in words and begin testing the fruit through Scripture and prayer.

The Devil's Game

Those who claim believers are intolerant are playing the devils game, which is to accuse believers of the very things they are doing and we are not.

The most intolerant people I have met have been unbelievers who hate truth. They allow themselves the privilege of saying and doing anything they want, but are enraged when we say what we believe.

The 2 Timothy 3:1-5 crowd, must have their own way even when it comes to speech. They will not tolerate anyone who disagrees with them but will spout anything they want, they are hypocrites.

The devils favorite tactic is to accuse the innocent of evil doing when the innocent are not but the devil is.

Christians do not force anyone to believe their way, we simply tell the truth and allow others to make their own choices.

Intolerant wicked men use emotional and verbal manipulation and intimidation to coerce others to accept their ways. Sadly far too many in the church have allowed these emotional and verbal manipulators to control things by backing down when they are abused. These wicked people will accuse us of intolerance merely through our speech, when they allow themselves the luxury of speaking all day long without challenge.

When we see the abuser is refusing to see our side of things, then we are commanded by God to walk away and leave it all to God. Our power is not in our own ability to convince a rebellious person, however our power is in Christ, Who can handle all things without us. We obey Him, then walk away to allow Him to use what we have said and done.

2 Timothy 3:1-6
"1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away."

John 8:44
"The devil was a murderer from the beginning he does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies he speaks according to his own nature, he is a liar and the father of lies."

Ephesians 6:12
“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”

The tactics of the devil are diabolical, divisive and destructive! The more hyper-sensitive he can make the unsaved, the more enraged they become over the smallest matters. When self is on the throne, then all bets are off, anything goes and no one is allowed to question or criticize except when it is against God's people.

How many of you have been attacked in vicious ways for attempting to bring good sense to a discussion. When it was all over you were left completely baffled as to how such a small matters was blown out of proportion into the monster it became. What you experienced was irrational deception of the enemy. Unbelievers are at the mercy of this deceitful enemy Satan.

I am convinced that in these end days the devil and his minions are ramping up their attacks against believers while blinding further the eyes of unbelievers. Be on guard, keep seeking Christ and do not be intimidated when the devil is using family, friends and community to undermine what Christ is doing in us. We don't have to become whimpering puddles on the floor from their attacks, we can stand strong and resolute in our decision to obey Christ.

The Father, The Son, The Holy Spirit!

Yes, there are three persons in one God!!!! There are false prophets on the internet and facebook who are attempting to undermine the faith of many by placing their trust in their own human minds to understand what they are not capable of understanding. God told us that there were three Persons in One God, all we have to do is believe Him. The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit!

Matthew 28:19 - Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
1 Corinthians 8:6 - But to us [there is but] one God, the Father, of whom [are] all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom [are] all things, and we by him.

2 Corinthians 13:14 - The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, [be] with you all. Amen. ([The second [epistle] to the Corinthians was written from Philippi, [a city] of Macedonia, by Titus and Lucas.])

Matthew 3:16-17 "16 And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:
 17 And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

John 14:26 - But the Comforter, [which is] the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
John 1:14 - And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

1 John 4:7-8 "7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
8 And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.

John 14:16-17 "16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
17 [Even] the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

John 10:30-36 "30 I and [my] Father are one.
31 Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him.
32 Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me?
33 The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.
34 Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?
35 If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;
36 Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?
