How to Receive God's Wisdom: An Interview with Author Kevin Almond

We Can Know the Heart of Another Human Being, God Shows Us

There is a common lie that Christians are propagating regularly. It is used to defend someone they like when they choose to believe a person is a good person. That saying is "you do not know His heart", however, they are comfortable defending someone as good while saying no one can know someone's heart. If someone believed we cannot know a person's heart then they had better not declare anyone as good. The truth is that born again believer have Christ living in them Who shows us a person's heart through the scriptures.
God lives in me and has commanded me to evaluate the heart of a man. If you really believed we cannot know a person's heart then you would not be defending someone whose heart you do not know. God tells us in His word what to look for to see if someone is authentic or a deceiver.
Matthew 7:15-20 "15 “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. 16 You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? 17 Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Therefore by their fruits you will know them."
Galatians 5:22-23 "22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law."
1 Corinthians 2:14-16 "…14 The natural man does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God. For they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned. 15 The spiritual man judges all things, but he himself is not subject to anyone’s judgment. 16 “For who has known the mind of the Lord, so as to instruct Him?” But we have the mind of Christ.…"
The good man with a godly heart will have the fruit God has spoken of in Galatians. This fruit is Spiritually discerned and any born again believer can see it. They can also discern if someone is lying and not at all what they claim. We do not walk around blinded to the character of a man, God shows us.
If one really believes that we cannot see the heart of a man then they would never judge that Hitler was evil. What are they looking at that makes them think he was evil, it was his actions that show us his heart.
When a person lacks the fruit of the Spirit, they will produce actions in concert with the heart. When a man has the fruit their actions will reflect the love of Christ in all the fruit.
Bottom line: God said "you shall KNOW them by their fruit, these things are Spiritually discerned.
If anyone says "you do not know someone's heart" while declaring that person a good person they have just violated their own principle of pretending to know the heart of the person they like to believe is good.

"Saying" and "Feeling" Trumps Wisdom in Our Day

A malignant narcissist has to tell us that he doesn't lie so that we will believe his words. If he were not a liar he would not be saying "I don't lie", he would just speak the truth all the time.
When a malignant narcissist parades himself as the best at something it usually means they are not the best, they must use words to convince people because the actions are missing.
When a malignant narcissist boast and brags continually about themselves its because they know they are not what they claim but they count on people believing their words without watching their actions.
These MN are bullies, they mock, demean and intimidate others to appear superior. Having grown up with this in my early years I know when it is happening, it is obvious to me but sadly most people who care only about hearing words they like to hear will not see the blatant clues.
2 Timothy 4:3 "For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but having itching ears, they shall heap to themselves teachers in accordance with their own lusts."
When we live in a culture that wants to believe something, desiring deeply to save their little lives they will rely heavily and mostly on words that flatter rather than substance that proves.
We live in a superficial culture now that believes someone when they "say" they are a Christian even when there is no evidence of it in their lives.
1 John 4:1 "1Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God. For many false prophets have gone out into the world. "
Matthew 7:21-23 "21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22 On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ 23 And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’"
We live in a world that places more confidence in words and feelings than anything else. This is why they are easily deceived when someone comes along and says the things they like to hear or makes them feel the way they like to feel.
This is why too that motivational speakers in churches are so popular. The mega-churches are filled with unbelievers who have been told they are saved even if nothing in their life has been transformed into Christlikeness.
Since the preachers in these apostate churches do not want to hurt the feelings of the attendees because they might leave and take their money with them, these preachers massage the egos of the pew people to maintain their own salaries.
John 10:12
"12 He who is a hired hand, and not a shepherd, who is not the owner of the sheep, sees the wolf coming, and leaves the sheep and flees; and the wolf snatches them and scatters the flock."
The wolves are in the pulpits today, they are in the pews as well. They are everywhere all the time with only a remnant who have discernment because they are dedicated to Christ above all their own desires and above popularity with the world.
Matthew 24:24 "For there shall arise false christs and false prophets and shall show great signs and wonders, insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect."
If you will follow hard after Christ you will see the deceptions for what they are and refuse to move in lock step with them. We see what happens when someone is pressured by others to think a particular way, they are intimidated to joining the crowd or risk being rejected and mocked.
Brothers and Sisters, stop allowing the crowd to make up your minds for you and begin allowing Christ in you to bring sense to everything you encounter.
Hallelujah!!!!! We can walk independently of the crowd and with Christ.

CHRISTIANS SHOULDN'T JUDGE... RIGHT?
