With Love and Empathy Comes Sorrow

I understand this entirely!! Anxiety and depression are not a measure of spirituality, they are the fleshes response to pressure about things we have no control over. Our spirit is not depressed and anxious, our flesh is. Notice through we don't stay in that condition, God goes through with us and then takes us out.

Ecc. 1:18 "Because in much wisdom there is much grief, and increasing knowledge results in increasing pain"
