Beware of the Flattery of the False Religions

Beware of those who come to be your friends but hold fast to false religion and doctrine. They will flatter you to gain your trust and then begin to work on you to soften your doctrine and God's truth to bring you to their side.

Galatians 4:16-18 "…16Have I now become your enemy by telling you the truth? 17Those people are zealous for you, but not in a good way. Instead, they want to isolate you from us, so that you will be zealous for them. 18Nevertheless, it is good to be zealous if it serves a noble purpose—at any time, and not only when I am with you.…"

Just recently I had a Catholic woman come asking to be my friend here on Facebook. She was adamantly defensive of the Catholic church using worldly arguments to justify her religion.

In recent years we hear Catholics using the same words and phrases that protestants use. And, we have protestants are now using the same words and phrases that Catholics have used in the past confusing the doctrine and believers.

We have believers now who wonder if Catholic is Christian when in the past all believers knew that if someone was Catholic they were not saved.

Do not be fooled, when a Catholic says we are saved by grace they do not mean it is a free gift. When a Catholic says "we are saved by grace" they mean the more good deeds we do the more graces we gain and a better chance they will gain heaven.

God teaches that no one can earn heaven or be good enough to please God. The only way to heaven and to God the Father is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ.

God also says if anyone brings a false doctrine we are not to eat with them or even to greet them. We are to bring the gospel and if they refuse it we are to walk away. We are not to be constant companions with those who have a false Jesus or false doctrine.

2 Corinthians 6:14-15 "14 Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership can righteousness have with wickedness? Or what fellowship does light have with darkness? 15 What harmony is there between Christ and Belial? Or what does a believer have in common with an unbeliever?…"

In these last days, many religions are adopting terminology that Christians used for many years. It is a deception to confuse those who are not well-read in the Word. If you do not know your Bible it is easy to be fooled about what is truth and who is born again.

Know your Bible, question all things and never be afraid to ask questions when someone claims to be a Christian. Catholics are using the word Christian now and so are JW's, as well as Mormons. All of these churches are pagan and wicked. All of these religions have false gods!

Deuteronomy 6:13-15 "…13 Fear the LORD your God, serve Him only, and take your oaths in His name. 14 Do not follow other gods, the gods of the peoples around you. 15 For the LORD your God, who is among you, is a jealous God. Otherwise, the anger of the LORD your God will be kindled against you, and He will wipe you off the face of the earth.…"

Living in a Sci-fi Movie

So many people are fearful of the chip that is going to come to all citizens of the earth. Right now it is being introduced slowly to young up and comers in successful companies. The young people will rush to do this newest thing just like they do all the latest technology.

This just means we will be going home soon. I am convinced that this will be like the credit card, where we will be allowed to choose in the beginning, but later after the church is gone it will be mandatory. I also think that many people right now would choose it because it is convenient and cuts down on theft.

It is actually a good idea and will not be associated with the beast until he comes into power. People feard the telephone when it first came out, the internet when it began, they feared the I-phone, electricity when it came into the home, they feared automobiles. All these things have been convenient additions to our lives and have not harmed us just as with the chip.

I don't want a chip, I don't want anything implanted in me. however, it is not the chip that is the mark. It is the means the antichrist will use. Just like he will use television and the internet to show his false miracles the things we use right now.

I am not afraid of the chip it is not the mark of the beast. And, I won't be here to take the mark because I will be out of here before he appears. I believe he may be in the world right now and that we are on the fast track toward his rule.

Keep in mind since the chip is merely technology being used for a good purpose we cannot judge any believer who gets it. Neither do we judge believers for having internet or i-phones. All these things are being used for evil and to spy on us daily, but they are not harming us yet.

I will not take the chip because I am old and don't want anything implanted in my body that doesn't need to be there and especially in my hand.

Many years ago people thought the "VISA" card had to do with the mark of the beast. Before that, they thought it would be a tattoo similar to what Hitler did to the Jews. Some even thought Hitler was the antichrist. If I had been alive during that time I would have thought so too. But I came shortly after the war had ended.

My point is this; don't be judging believers who choose to get the chip, remembering that the chip is not the mark, its the means by which the beast will impart the mark to humans, or so it seems right now. For all we know, something else will come along and look very different from what we thought the mark would be.

One thing we know for sure, the time on earth is short there are many new things coming on the scene that seem impossible but are amazing in terms of technology. This is all a part of fast-tracking the one-world government.

Last point: this ought to encourage the born again believer, we are watching things the prophets wrote about but did not understand as we do today.

Folks we are watching prophecy unfold before our eyes every single day. It's almost like living in a sci-fi novel only in real-time.

Luke 21:27-29 "…27 At that time they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. 28 When these things begin to happen, stand up and lift up your heads because your redemption is drawing near.” 29 Then Jesus told them a parable: “Look at the fig tree and all the trees.…"

Compassion for the Lost

Even though narcissistic people are those we should avoid, we can still have a sense of compassion in prayer for their miserable state.

Our desire for all people, just like Christ, is that they repent and become born again. We have no desire for the evil person to go to hell. Our desire is that these people learn their ruined state as we had to learn ours and repent to be saved.

Romans 3:23
"23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,"

1 John 1:7-9 "…7 But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin. 8 If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.…"

Everyone is given an opportunity to confess their sinfulness and be cleansed by God. No one can say they were not shown the need to repent. If they have known even one Christian the Holy Spirit in that Christian gave them a sense that He was present and this person would have the answers to salvation, by inquiring.

We cannot help those who refuse to listen. We cannot force anyone, intimidate anyone or demean anyone into choosing Christ. We simply tell the truth because of the love we have for them and walk on down the road if they refuse.

When we have trusted Christ we know it is Him who draws and Him Who brings the increase. We are merely messengers not responsible for results only to bring the message.

1 Corinthians 3:6-8 "…6 I planted the seed and Apollos watered it, but God made it grow. 7 So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow. 8 He who plants and he who waters are one in purpose, and each will be rewarded according to his own labor.…"

Perhaps humans want to see the numbers of people they have witnessed to come to the Lord so they can feel pride in "what they have done." Brethren lose pride, lose the need to see numbers and results and just obey God. Everything will be sorted out in the end and all the glory will go to God.

If we are looking for results we will be constantly disappointed because most people will not receive the good news of salvation through repentance. And some will have to ponder it a while before realizing their need, someone else may see what you did but you will not find out until heaven.

This is not about notches on our belts for bragging rights. This is watching God work in us as we obey. He gets all the glory all the time.

Hallelujah!!!!

We Can Become Different

It is not true that hurting people hurt people, at least many people do not choose to do to others what has been done to them. Because we have been hurt is no excuse to be evil toward others. I have seen people who were treated very well who became mean, what would their excuse be?

Mean people hurt others. Many of us were hurt much in our lives but because of it, we chose not to hurt others, we know how it feels.
Those who choose angry responses are those who have anger in their character.

Those who have empathy in their heart, a good character, choose not to do to others what has been done to them. Its a choice to be mean or to be kind.

Some people become narcissistic because they followed the example of their narcissistic families or culture. They have a choice to be different or to follow along with the crowd to be accepted or not.

Those with strong character break away from narcissistic family structures to be able to live for Christ. It takes the character qualities of Christ to resist the cliquiness of families and cultures. Only the strong will sense the road of the narcissist is a dead-end road leading to hell. There is nothing good down that road, in this life or the next.

The narcissist is in a constant state of turmoil, their heart is hard, there is missing empathy. If you want to live for Christ you must obey God and remove yourself from those who act narcissistically (completely selfish and mean spirited). If you are around them regularly you will become like them. We tend to ape that which we see all the time, it becomes familiar and comfortable.

When we do not act like the narcissist we are basically swimming upstream from the family or culture. Remaining only brings heartache when we refuse to be like them. They will continue to batter us and any of our dear friends if they meet them to control those who rise above the low standard of the narcissist.

Luke 6:31
"31 Treat others the same way you want them to treat you."

1 Corinthians 15:33-34 "33 Do not be deceived: “Bad company corrupts good character.” 34 Sober up as you ought, and stop sinning; for some of you are ignorant of God. I say this to your shame.…"

If you want to please God walking with Him daily, you must make a choice to surround yourself with those who love Him as much as you do.

Proverbs 13:19-21 "…19 Desire fulfilled is sweet to the soul, but turning from evil is detestable to fools. 20 He who walks with the wise will become wise, but the companion of fools will be destroyed. 21 Disaster pursues sinners, but prosperity is the reward of the righteous."

The prosperity of the believer does not always have to do with money, often it is pertaining to the soul and the Spirit. The greatest prosperity we can possess is wisdom that comes from lessons learned and Holy Spirit guidance.

The prosperity preachers attempt to focus their followers on personal financial gain, distracting them from the wealth of wisdom from walking with Christ. Wisdom from the Holy Spirit is valued far above anything else, even those who are poor in possessions and finances can have this wealth.

Proverbs 4
A Father’s Instruction
4 Hear, O sons, the instruction of a father,
And give attention that you may gain understanding,
2 For I give you sound teaching;
Do not abandon my instruction.
3 When I was a son to my father,
Tender and the only son in the sight of my mother,
4 Then he taught me and said to me,
“Let your heart hold fast my words;
Keep my commandments and live;
5 Acquire wisdom! Acquire understanding!
Do not forget nor turn away from the words of my mouth.
6 “Do not forsake her, and she will guard you;
Love her, and she will watch over you.
7 “The beginning of wisdom is: Acquire wisdom;
And with all your acquiring, get understanding.
8 “Prize her, and she will exalt you;
She will honor you if you embrace her.
9 “She will place on your head a garland of grace;
She will present you with a crown of beauty.”
