For Such a Time as This

God has provided this means for believers to connect with one another. It's no different from sending letters in snail mail only much faster.

We can connect with believers all over the world with encouragement to keep looking up. I have no sense of shame for spending time on Facebook with my dear Brothers and Sisters is in Christ.

Next time an unbeliever or a superficial believer attempts to shame you for spending so much time on Facebook, remind them that naysayers used to mock believers 60 years ago for spending so much time in church gatherings.

We can also reach unbelievers, some pretenders who need salvation and others who don't profess to be Christian.

Every single believer can reach people around the world in seconds. This is the time God has given us right before He comes to take out His church. Enjoy it, keep connecting and praise Him for it.

Prophesy as it Unfolds Hallelujah

For all our born again brothers and sisters:
We are living in exciting times. These are the times the prophets wrote about when they were inspired by God but never saw for themselves. The prophecies have been opened for our understanding now, we know what is coming and how it all plays out, not perfectly but we recognize the events as they unfold.

Hallelujah

Daniel 12:3-4 "…3 Then the wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness will shine like the stars forever and ever. 4 But you, Daniel, shut up these words and seal the book until the time of the end. Many will roam to and fro, and knowledge will increase.”"

The Two Become One Until Death

To hold marriage in low esteem, regarding it as just a contract between two people to be broken whenever one feels like it is to hold salvation through Jesus Christ in low regard.

To hold in high regard marriage of one man to one woman for life is to understand the betrothal of the bride of Christ to Christ Himself.

The marriage was not just something God thunk up for mankind, it is a picture of the salvation of man and His relationship to Christ when he becomes born again.

Mark 10:7-9 "…7 ‘For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, 8 and the two will become one flesh.’ So they are no longer two, but one flesh. 9 Therefore what God has joined together, let man not separate.”…"

When we become born again we leave our families to follow Christ. If they come with great, they too will be His bride. If they do not follow Christ then they are not our brothers and sisters and we carry on to follow Him anyway.

Hallelujah!

The Most Important Commandment

The first and most important commandment God gave mankind is:

1. “You shall have no other gods before me."

2. “You shall not make for yourself an idol or any likeness of what is in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the water under the earth.
You shall not worship them or serve them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children, on the third and the fourth generations of those who hate Me,
but showing lovingkindness to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.

3. “You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain, for the Lord will not leave him unpunished who takes His name in vain."

Taking the Lord's name in vain is more than just cussing, it's pretending to be a Christians but acting like a heathen.

4. “Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.

The fourth commandment was fulfilled in Christ, as He is the Sabbath rest living in us. We no longer have a particular day as the Jews did under the dispensation of the Law. Now as born again believers the Law lives in us He is Christ.

The first four commandments pertain to God, our direction to love Him above everyone and everything else is the essence of our Christianity.

The next commandments pertain to mankind and their responsibility to one another.

5. “Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be prolonged in the land which the Lord your God gives you.

13 “You shall not murder.

14 “You shall not commit adultery.

15 “You shall not steal.

16 “You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.

17 “You shall not covet your neighbor’s house; you shall not covet your neighbor’s wife or his male servant or his female servant or his ox or his donkey or anything that belongs to your neighbor.”

Christ said if you break one of them you have broken them all because they are based on the heart. If we hate our brother we have murdered.

If we have dishonored our parents in our lifestyle or openly treating them disrespectfully we have dishonored the Law of God.

Born again believers who follow the first commandment to love God will all our hearts, will cause us to love our fellow man God's way.

Jesus Christ summed up for us what the two greatest commandments were, it is simple. If we love Christ we will love others because we will love with the love of Christ in us.

Matthew 22:36-40
36 “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?”
37 And He said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’
38 This is the great and foremost commandment.
39 The second is like it, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’
40 On these two commandments depend the whole Law and the Prophets.”

Sometimes as born again, believers, we mess up because our flesh is weak but our Spirit is willing to do what is right. When we mess up we hate it, we confess it openly and carry on to do what is right once again.

Those who mess up and use the excuse of "grace" to keep sinning are not only misunderstanding the grace of God but flagrantly defending sin.

Romans 6:1-2 "1What then shall we say? Shall we continue in sin so that grace may increase? 2Certainly not! How can we who died to sin live in it any longer?…"

All one has to do to find the truth is to actually want the truth, search the word while asking the Holy Spirit to guide them as they seek Him.

When someone flagrantly uses the word out of context to defend sin, they are under a curse.

Galatians 1:7-9 "…7 which is not even a gospel. Evidently, some people are troubling you and trying to distort the gospel of Christ. 8 But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel contrary to the one we preached to you, let him be under a divine curse! 9 As we have said before, so now I say again: If anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to the one you received, let him be under a curse!"

If someone comes against you for rebuking sin, they are the ones who are divisive, bringing a false gospel of sloppy grace that embraces sin and rejects holiness.

If we hold in high worshipful regard for Christ we will want to please Him in everything.

1 Peter 1:16
"16 Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy."

Hallelujah!!!!!
