The Wicked Will Gossip Avoid Them and All Those Who Listen to Them

Have you ever had the pressure to attend family gatherings only to be ignored by those in attendance because of gossip?

Remember when a narcissist hates you they will want you to see them excluding you. In other words; "they invite you to the party so you can see them ignoring you."

The tactic of inviting someone to abuse them is common in our day of chronic narcissism. I cannot count the number of times I have heard people express their dismay about being excluded or ignored by those who would claim to be connected to them. Of course the connection is very superficial and even volatile because the narcissists must cause chaos to feel whole.

Without chaos and gossip the narcissist is empty inside without strength of character. Everything the narcissist does is based on gaining superiority in the eyes of others. They have no character of their own, its all an illusion.

This is a favorite tactic of those who want to appear superior but are angry because we do not elevate them as special above others.

Pharaoh was of this sort, enslaving people he wanted to believe were beneath him. His pride led to his downfall and his drowning in the Red Sea.

Hitler was also of this sort, who murdered anyone who would not elevate him as special. His pride led to his downfall and destruction.

Rehoboam who rejected the counsel of wise me to elevate himself and his pride ruined him.

Uzziah whose pride led to his downfall.

When we love everyone equally and remove ourselves from the company of those who love their hate, we will become a target for those who must have crowds who admire them.

Proverbs 4:14-19

14 Do not enter the path of the wicked

And do not proceed in the way of evil people.

15 Avoid it, do not pass by it;

Turn away from it and pass on.

16 For they cannot sleep unless they do evil;

And they are robbed of sleep unless they make someone stumble.

17 For they eat the bread of wickedness,

And drink the wine of violence.

18 But the path of the righteous is like the light of dawn

That shines brighter and brighter until the full day.

19 The way of the wicked is like darkness;

They do not know over what they stumble."
