We are not commanded in the word not to judge. We are commanded to judge righteously, according to God's Word.
We are not suppose to judge things about people without all the facts and only with guesses. Far too many people guess what's going on in someone's life and then pass it on as fact, this is sin.
We can call sin what it is when we see it and when we know the facts. That's how it works.
