It's overwhelming these days how many false teachings there are among Christians.

The Nephelim teaching that devils mated with humans.... a lie.

Forgiveness must be given even when someone is not sorry...a lie.

Trust your gut....a lie.

Only following Paul's writings in the Bible..... a lie.

We are not good Christians if we don't attend a building...a lie.

It is alright to divorce and remarry....a lie.

We don't get what we want because we lack faith....a lie.

God wants us to have everything we want....a lie.

Everyone who says they are a Christian must be one....a lie.

Every gathering must have a paid pastor from a seminary...a lie.

Don't ever judge....a lie.

Never correct someone....a lie.

Only men bring the gospel to the lost....a lie.

Religion is the same as Christianity....a lie.

We should never leave behind family members...a lie.

Christ was never harsh with anyone....a lie.

Obey husbands even if they tell you to sin...a lie.

Church gatherings must have a one-man-paid pastor....a lie.

The pastor has authority over the gathering of believers...a lie.

Pastors should be paid a salary....a lie.

A born-again believer can lose their salvation...a lie

It's alright for a believer to sin because they are secure.....a lie.

We don't have to be different from the world...a lie.

We can claim things to gain from God....a lie.

Religion is good no matter which one it is....a lie.

We shouldn't put a sinning brother out of the church...a lie.

We must formally join a church gathering it's like a marriage...a lie.

Pictures of men depicting Christ help us worship....a lie.

Praying to Mary is not idolatry....a lie.

Yoga is good in the church...a lie.

Our actions don't matter as long as our heart is right...a lie.

Rituals in the church are acceptable for worship....a lie.

America has always been a Christian nation....a lie.

Politics in the church gathering is a responsibility...a lie.

Gossip is alright as long as there is a good reason....a lie.

Following ancestors is alright... a lie.

Speaking to the dead is innocent....a lie.

Using pagan practices in the church is acceptable....a lie.

People are basically good...a lie.

The church must meet in a particular building every week...a lie.

The holidays that God never commanded are acceptable...a lie.

Human rituals God never commanded are good...a lie.

The Holy Spirit doesn't speak to us anymore....a lie.

It's alright to be angry with God....a lie.

There is no rapture of the church...a lie.

Astrology is innocent fun....a lie.

Using objects such as WWJD bracelet to evangelize is good...a lie.

If we are ill we must have sinned...a lie.

If the world hates us we must have done something wrong...a lie.

Christ never sends anyone to hell....a lie.

Never leave a family member or long-time friend....a lie.

Dating a divorced person or an unbeliever is alright....a lie.

If someone says it then it must be true.. a lie.

We can speak things into existence just like God....a lie.

The church is the new Israel....a lie.

All miracles are from God... a lie.

Every dream is from God...a lie.

Tithing is commanded by God for the church....a lie.

The "Pastor' is the authority over the congregation..,.a lie.

It is alright to show favoritism because God did....a lie.

Because something works it is the right thing....a lie.

As long as you believe it then it is so....a lie.

We can be too heavenly-minded...a lie.

Competitiveness is a good thing... a lie.

Must follow the Ten Commandments to be saved...a lie.

Must worship on the sabbath...a lie.

It is legalism to expect believers to obey God...a lie.

Using the Holy Spirit as a reason is a crutch...a lie

God gave us a brain we must think for ourselves...a lie.

Christ never showed anger....a lie.

We must know the details of evil to be against them...a lie.

Keep busy with politics to save our country....a lie.

We must have a funeral for the dead...a lie.

This list could be a whole lot longer! Perhaps you can think of some things you have heard that you know is repeated in the church but is not Biblical. I would be interested in what you have heard.

The Obstacles and Trials Have a Purpose

God likes to place obstacles and trials in our way so that we can see what is lacking or where our strengths lie. God doesn't need to know this but He wants us to discover it for ourselves.

It is obvious by the condition of our churches that we do not see ourselves in truth just from hearing someone preach it at us. We see ourselves in truth when we have to jump over hurdles to grow and change.

When we read the Bible and learn the principles we can see clearly the lesson when we go through the trial.

This is why the prosperity gospel is so dangerous, it takes away the trials, hurdles, and struggles and replaces them with emotional hopes based on the desire for ease of life. And to top it all off it lays guilt on those who cannot hope hard enough to make things happen.

We learn very little when things are easy, the trials force us to learn the things we avoided when life is pleasurable, uncomplicated and undemanding.

The worst child abuse a parent can perpetrate on their children is to coddle them, over protect them from life lessons so that they are ill-equipped as adults.

Romans 5:3-5 says, "Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us".

Hebrews 12:1 says, "Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us rid ourselves of every burden and sin that clings to us and persevere in running the race that lies before us"

James 1:2-4

"2 Consider it all joy, my brothers and sisters, when you encounter various trials, 3 knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. 4 And let endurance have its perfect result, so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing."

The devil teaches through the prosperity gospel that we must not have enough faith if we are experiencing life problems. He even uses the mouths of undiscerning people to attempt to guilt us enticing us to the gospel of this world that says the opposite of what God says, that life should be happy and easy and if it isn't it is our own fault.

2 Corinthians 11:13-15

"13 For such men are false apostles, deceitful workers, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ. 14 No wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. 15 Therefore it is not surprising if his servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness, whose end will be according to their deeds."

The devil always says the opposite of what God says but makes it sound right. This is why he is said to come as an "angel of light" promising everything we want to hear while withholding the truth. He plays off of our emotions and fleshly desires adding some twisted Scripture to allure us into complacency and even discontent when we don't get what we want.

I have known people who lived by the prosperity gospel working very hard to make things come out the way they want and claim it was God Who gave it, but really it was their own effort their own way.

Galatians 6:9 "Let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up".

2 Thessalonians 3:13

"13 But as for you, brothers and sisters, do not grow weary of doing good."

Leaving behind all the tapes in our head that accuse us of lacking faith because our trials seem overwhelming, we can progress toward wisdom without the guilt that the devil attempts to lay on us. In fact we can have great joy in the midst of our tears.

Someone once asked me if I was crying because I was overwhelmed by something, my answer was: "This is stress leaving my body."

Tears are Gods way of cleansing the stress within to relieve the pressure. Never feel bad about those tears, they were given for a reason.

Psalm 56:8 "8 You have kept count of my tossings; put my tears in your bottle. Are they not in your book?"

Religion is not Christianity

"Religion" is not Christianity, it is anything that is worshiped or adored. "Religious" people will be in hell if they have not trusted in Christ.

Born-again believers do not "do" things or "say" things to appease a god or earn their way to heaven. When someone becomes born again they express their deep sorrow over their sinful nature and desire to be change by Christ into a new creation. It has nothing to do with gaining heaven by anything WE do, it is all a work of Christ.

Ephesians 2:10

"10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them."

When we know we are not able to save ourselves and that we don't deserve His mercy even though He offers it, we become very humble and yet bold because of our excitement about Who Christ is and what He did for us in paying our debt.

In religion no one dies for someone else, no one gives his all on our behalf. Christ is not about religion He is about total and complete sacrifice for the sake of those He created. He gives us what we don't deserve.

Religion says you must deserve it before you can have heaven. Christ says He already paid the penalty for us all we have to do is confess our sinfulness and desire to be changed by Him.

Religion is a set of rules set down by priestly hierarchy, it is not a relationship with Jesus Christ but rather a dependence on being good enough and involving rituals to appease whatever god someone chooses. The rituals are always devised by man without any godly authority.

In our day now there is more religion centered around people, rituals and even self-exaltation than there is authentic Christianity.

There is also much anger from those who want only to think well of themselves and others, setting aside the principles of God to feel superior about themselves and about others who they wish to impress, those they believe measure up to their own greatness are treated special, even above God.

Ephesians 2:9-10 "…9 not by works, so that no one can boast. 10 For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance as our way of life."

God saves us when we confess our sinfulness to Him and desire to be changed by Him, then He sends the Holy Spirit to live in us, seals us with His Spirit, walks through life with us and when it is His timing He takes us home.

See that!!!! Its all His Work, all we have to do is want Him.

Trust Christ Only!

If anyone has placed their trust in a leader because he can get them secure borders, a better economy, peace in the world and even support for Israel will be fooled by the antichrist when he declares himself "the Christ." The antichrist will be for Israel, appearing to be for them, but will be against Israel.

The antichrist will promise all kinds of wonderful things even doing lying wonders and miracles to fool people. He will sound so good to superficial people that they will follow him no matter how often he violates the scriptures. Because these people do not intimately know the Bible or have the Spirit of Christ, they will be easily dupped into excitedment about him and alegience to him.

Believers are in support of Israel but not in the way unbelievers support Israel. We support the country because God said to do it and for the sake of the gospel getting to the Jewish people in the very last days.

Because God loves Israel believers stands with her. Unbelievers support Israel for different reasons even if they do not know God, these will be those who will support the antichrist who will claim to be the Christ and will make a false treaty with Israel and then break it.

I am astonished at those who think we should never judge anyone, that we should merely believe whatever they say and base our trust in them because of things they do for us.

God said that born again believers walk by faith in Christ not by sight. We do not follow people because of what they can do or how well they speak. We look beyond their words and actions to the fruit of the Spirit of Christ Who lives in believers.

If someone does not have the fruit of Christ, they do not belong to Him. That fruit is the character qualities of Christ that produce proper attitudes, actions and words, but even these outward signs can be counterfeited. It is the character qualties that can only be seen with Spiritual eyes that we watch for in anyone.

Galatians 5:22-23 - But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.

2 Timothy 4:3

"3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;"

Our modern day is rampant with false teachers and even believers who have fallen into false teaching. Rather than asking God to show them truth they are listening to false teachers and "new knowledge" even listening to those who twist the Bible to make it say what they love to hear.

1 John 4:4-5 "4 You are from God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world. 5 They are from the world, therefore they speak as from the world, and the world listens to them."

Many Christians Have Been Fooled to Believe that their President is a Christian

YES, White is one of the biggest clues of the false Christianity that Trump embraces. It makes sense though because she is a prosperity "name it and claim it" false preacher, this would appeal to a man who loves wealth.

 
Trump is a part of the apostate church, not concerned about obeying the Bible or Christ, only that he "appears" righteous and loved by many.

This is, in my opinion, my biggest problem with his picks for anything so far. Not only is she a nut, she has his ear, to whatever degree that she has it.
For all of the belly aching about his choosing "unqualified" people, I give that no attention, his opposition is going to say that. In this case she is unqualified, or better said disqualified. Doctrinally and theologically speaking, she is a dumpster fire, inside of a trainwreck, that fell into a black hole.

Keep Looking Up It Won't Be Long Now

Did you know it is possible to know the principles of the Bible claim to believe it and still not be born again? Knowing is not trusting in Christ, even doing is not trusting in Christ.

 
We can follow the rule book of life written by the Stoics, living a good life and still be headed for hell.

Believing in Christ is more than head knowledge. It is a recognition of our inability to be good enough to earn heaven, knowing that Christ died to pay our debt for sin and wanting to submit to Him on everything all the time.

Those who say they are Christians but fight and argue against the principles of God when it irritates their demons, are not born again. Those who think the Bible is a book of "some" good suggestions and live they best they can in their own flesh, are walking in rebellion.

 
An authentically born-again believer has the fruit of the Holy Spirit, desires to be changed by Christ and loves the conviction of the Holy Spirit that leads to righteousness.

 
Any time someone is proud of how good they think they are, placing human rules and traditions on others that Christ never commanded we are witnessing someone who is walking in self-righteousness and very likely not born again.

 
Those who think they "have arrived at righteousness" judge others as unrighteous for things that God never said were sin, such as whether or not we attend a large building called a church, or speak the truth about the sin in the church.

 
Those who are rebellious must do whatever it takes to ruin the reputation of the one who follows Christ, growing in holiness and emotional and Spiritual maturity.
Those who remain immature in their response to the word of God are those who make up their own ideas of righteousness and oppress others with them, even though God never commanded those things.

 
Mark 7:13 "13 Thus you nullify the word of God by the tradition you have handed down. And you do so in many such matters.”

 
Romans 10:3
"Because they were ignorant of God’s righteousness and sought to establish their own, they did not submit to God’s righteousness."

Colossians 2:8
"See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception, which are based on human tradition and the spiritual forces of the world rather than on Christ."

1 Timothy 4:1-3
"Now the Spirit expressly states that in later times some will abandon the faith to follow deceitful spirits and the teachings of demons, / influenced by the hypocrisy of liars, whose consciences are seared with a hot iron. / They will prohibit marriage and require abstinence from certain foods that God has created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth."

We are living in times of deep deception and rampant rudeness. Those who love Christ and ALL His principles will be maligned, mocked, gossiped against, and persecuted in many other ways as they are seen as evil for standing for the word of God and His principles.

 
Bad is being called good and good is being called bad just as God said would happen. Knowing the Word of God helps us to navigate through this mess in the world until Christ calls us home in the clouds.

 
Thankfully it will be soon, we see the signs everywhere and the biggest sign of all is Israel. God said that the time is close for the church home-going when Israel is back in the land. Israel has been back in the land since 1948 and the other signs leading up to the antichrist rule are many and increasing every day.

 
The more we ponder God's Word and the prophesy He gave the more excited we should be and the more vexed we feel by the ugliness of the apostate church and the world in general.

 
2 Peter 2:7-8
"7 and if He rescued righteous Lot, who was oppressed by the perverted conduct of unscrupulous people 8 (for by what he saw and heard that righteous man, while living among them, felt his righteous soul tormented day after day by their lawless deeds),"

We are not different from Lot, we are full of joy but we are also vexed by the evil around us and especially by those who say they are Christians but fight against His principles from His own Word.
