The Rapture is not only an event that we are to expect momentarily and to eagerly anticipate, but we are to ask our Lord to come immediately.
Here is how the Bible ends: “And the Spirit and the bride say, Come....Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.” (Rv 22:17,20)

In contrast, the Second Coming is not of such a nature and timing that we could ask Christ to effect it right now. Since Christ obviously cannot return to the earth in judgment to rescue Israel, stop the destruction at Armageddon, and destroy the Antichrist along with his kingdom and his armies until the end of the Tribulation, for us to cry out to Christ, “Come, Lord Jesus!” would be like demanding payment on a debt that isn’t due for seven years.
Yet, “the Spirit and the bride” do cry out, “Come, Lord Jesus.” We can only conclude that there must be a coming of Christ that could occur at any moment. It cannot be the Second Coming or a post-trib rapture. It can only be a pre-trib rapture.

Anonymous Sources Cannot be Trusted
I have been cut off from Christian friends because I do not subscribe to certain things pertaining to the political realm.
This is a tactic of the devil to divide people merely on differences pertaining to political matters. The truth is that most of what the media, conservative and liberal alike have to say is deeply skewed to convey what they want us to believe.
I do not trust anyone in politics nor do I trust anonymous witnesses, which in my estimation is an oxymoron. Witnesses are those who are out in the open and never cryptic in their conveyance of truth.
The definition of witness is this: "Someone who has knowledge of (an event or change) from personal observation or experience."
One cannot be a witness who is passing on information that comes from anonymous sources that they have never met. Not only do they not know the source they did not see the events for themselves.
Sadly there are many Christians falling into the trap of believing things they never saw from people they have never met. Born again believers should never be a party to this kind of deception.

Freedom From the Nonsense of the World
There is great freedom and blessing in seeking the truth. We are not manipulated by any particular faction of the political arena, we can see things in truth and call them what they are straight up without reservation.
May we all become so secure in Christ that we do not shrink from telling the truth no matter who believes us. May we not be sucked into the secular conservative or liberal movements that compel their followers to deny truth to hang onto desires belief systems.
When we are in Christ we see the whole world the same way, that is lost and on its way to hell in need of the gospel of Christ. We can be honest in dispelling myths and chronic fear that drive people to deny truth while embracing theories and stories as though they have validity just by the speaking of them.
Acts 28:31 "Proclaiming the kingdom of God and teaching about the Lord Jesus Christ with all boldness and without hindrance."
As soon as we begin to buy into the theories and political verbiage we are in the beginning stages of leaving our first love, that is Jesus Christ to engage in nonsense and fear devised by political groupies.
When we follow Christ and Him alone we can ignore all the lies, and nonsense to enjoy freedom from fear and foolishness.
Just because someone is conservative does not mean they are good or that they are right. Many conservatives are not godly and many are not Christians.
Conservatism does not equal godliness.
Godliness in Christ stands alone and will be rejected by most who are liberals and conservatives alike.
Reject the temptation to be drawn into the political arena through fear-mongering.
Hebrews 13:6
"So we can confidently say, “The Lord is my helper; I will not fear; what can man do to me?”
1 John 2:15-18
"15 Do not love the world nor the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the boastful pride of life is not from the Father but is from the world.
17 The world is passing away, and also its lusts; but the one who does the will of God lives forever."
