The devil is very clever, he is getting Christians to fight with one another over things that are not even true, or at least cannot be proven by reading information on the internet.
I see more misinformation on the internet now than ever before. Christians are just believing videos and articles as though they are gospel truth.
What is almost amusing if it were not so tragic is that they believe these videos and articles on the internet more than they believe the Bible.
They do not personally know the people who write the articles or do the videos but they are willing to jump on the bandwagon because they say they are Christians putting this stuff out.
I see nothing but vague, almost silly claims on many of these videos, some even use "word salad" to claim things that have not been proven.
I find it interesting that so many people will not believe truth from the Bible when you prove it from the word, but will believe someone who comes on the internet and claims to be a nurse, a doctor or one who has seen a vision, without any real evidence except that they said they were those who knew something.
Even more sadly, those who claim to be "experts" often end up pitting believers against believers with their claims. The devil is laughing hysterically at the chaos he is creating in the church on the internet.
I have chosen to ignore all the hype, the lies and the claims I hear, and just trust Christ about everything. One might say, "you deserve what you get if you don't listen to "MY" warning", as though they are the authority over Christ.
Yes, I said that!!!!! Some of these people on the internet expect me to trust them instead of Christ.
I will not be intimidated by those who wish to dominate others through the claim they know or that God said something to them. Christ lives in me, He tells me what I need to know and when I need to know it. I take this stance because discernment tells me that there are so many lies flying around and so many claims from people who think they know things that they really don't know, they assume others are telling the truth, very unwise at best.
My admonition to the church is to stop fighting over vaccines and politics and begin speaking the words of the Bible. Seek Christ and not those who claim they have the knowledge, most do not know they only say they do.
Proverbs 6:16-19
"There are six things that the Lord hates, seven that are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that make haste to run to evil, a false witness who breathes out lies, and one who sows discord among brothers."
Matthew 24:24 "For there shall arise false christs and false prophets and shall show great signs and wonders, insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect."
Even though the verse in Matthew is speaking of false prophets it pertains because those who are speaking these many lies are attempting to get us to trust them instead of Christ. They are wanting to be special like Christ even thinking of themselves as in place of Christ without actually saying it.
When someone says; "trust me or you are going to hell", you are encountering a false christ. Yes, someone actually said that to me!!!
