God Chose Everyone, But Everyone Will Not Choose Him
God didn't choose some to be saved and others to go to hell, that would make Him a liar when He said this:
1 Timothy 2:3-5 "…3 This is good and pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, 4 who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. 5 For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,…"

Out of Control Children and Culture
The modern government school system is out of control. I knew this was going to happen as long as "psychologized" teachers would not let go of the self esteem teaching to embrace God's ways.
Back in the day when I was young the entire culture agreed on boundaries and discipline for children. Even the neighbors were free to spank a child who was disobeying. Then when the child got home the parent wacked them again as reinforcement for the offended party.
Now we have brain washed liberals running the school system. They have seen the carnage of the self esteem teaching unable to figure out what failed.
They see the out of control children and assign foolish ideals to the problem. They think that the child is just "hurting" so they act out. The problem is that the parents of the children are living sinfully while indulging their children by lack of training as well as giving them everything they want. In short, the child is dictating to the household instead of the parent actually training the child.
Sadly many parents are just as immature as the children they are raising. The parent and the child are out of control. Why would this be? The problem lies in the teaching that everyone must follow their feelings instead of truth.
Many people are leaning into their feelings while justifying their evil behavior because their feelings led them to their actions.
Luke 6:44-45 "…44 For each tree is known by its own fruit. Indeed, people do not gather figs from thornbushes, or grapes from brambles. 45 The good man brings good things out of the good treasure of his heart, and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil treasure of his heart. For out of the overflow of the heart, the mouth speaks. "
A "good person" does not do evil things. Only an evil person does evil things.
The idea that people are only responding to their difficulties when they are naughty is based on the "Pavlov" dog experiment in which a dog is given a treat and positive feed back for doing something so the dog keeps doing that thing to get the treat.
We are not animals, animals operate from instinct, but human beings operate based on their sinful nature. Punishment for wrong doing trains a child not to act badly no matter what they are feeling.
Proverbs 22:6
"6 Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it."
How do we train a child according to the Word of God? Simple!
Proverbs 13:24
"24 He who withholds his [a]rod hates his son,
But he who loves him [b]disciplines him diligently."
Proverbs 22:15
"15 Foolishness is bound up in the heart of a child;
The rod of discipline will remove it far from him."
There is nothing in God's word about "time out" or any other human devised method of dealing with disobedience and rebellion. God's way is simple!
It is child abuse according to God to refuse to spank a child who will not obey. It is child abuse to place a child in a room to simmer over his isolation. The worse form of torture is to be isolated from loved ones. It is better to spank the child and allow them to return immediately to the family.
Isolation is a form of torture, but a spanking is corrective and allows the child to sense that they are done with the punishment while everyone continues to still love them.
Bottom Line: God's way is always best, no matter what the rest of the culture is saying.
Let me add here too that the reason children are so out of control is because their parents are selfish and resistant to God's ways, they too are out of control.

The Carnage in the Schools
Follow the Link below the article to see the carnage that plagues the modern government institutions called "schools."
The motto of Portland Oregon is "Keep Portland Weird." Sadly this has been accomplished.
The problem with these schools is not that children are out of control but that parents are out of control. A child who is raised with discipline and boundaries in the home will not go to school and act like rabid wild animals.
The parents of these children were fed the lies about self esteem all through their growing up years, causing them to be lenient with their children. In most homes today the children rule over the parents.
These are the end times God spoke of in His Word.
2 Timothy 3:1-5
"3 But realize this, that in the last days difficult times will come. 2 For men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, revilers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy,
3 unloving, irreconcilable, malicious gossips, without self-control, brutal, haters of good,
4 treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,
5 holding to a form of godliness, although they have denied its power; Avoid such men as these."
Psychologists taught that every mean person was a hurting person crying out, this was utter foolishness. Mankind is wicked and will act out that wickedness when the culture does not restrain it.
The problem is not the hurting child in the classroom, it is the monstrous way that their parents conduct their lives at home. Divorce and remarriage fosters anger in the children. Lack of rules and discipline in the home fosters out of control behavior.
When children are taught to express their feelings uncontrolled they will take that "freedom" to the limit, which are no limits at all.
The school system in Oregon is what I would call exhibiting "raging insanity." The teachers through frustrated still hand onto the wrong belief that raging angry children are merely hurting children. They are hurting but that is no excuse for evil behavior.
And, lastly, there is rampant demonic activity that occurs in a culture that refuses restrain and punish evil.
The children of our day are miserable because they are unrestrained. The devils have influenced them to be selfish and violent, the reason the classrooms are out of control. Throwing more counselors at the classroom or money at the problem is not the solution. These teachers and children need Christ.
Psalm 32:10
"Many are the sorrows of the wicked, But he who trusts in the LORD, lovingkindness shall surround him."
