Rejection is a promise in the word of God. Live with it joyfully the same as you would live joyfully with a hard work out to make your muscles stronger. Our spiritual muscles are far more important than our physical muscles.
1 Timothy 4:8 "for bodily discipline is only of little profit, but godliness is profitable for all things, since it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come."

God's Blessings to Us Today!
This morning before attending worship we had the pleasure of watching this small herd of deer from our front door. The Lord knows how much I love to see animals!!!!
Let God be in Control not the Devil
Far too many people really don't care what God says. They want His protection and blessing but do not want Him.
Many parents understand this treatment as they have made the decision to live for Christ. While everyone around them are playing church and arrogantly attempting to impress others, these dedicated ones continue to speak truth only to be rebuffed and lied against for their efforts.
I meet many strong born again believers who do not have the love of their family because they will not capitulate to the ways of those who want to live worldly. Narcissists are not content to live as they please they demand that we accept them, even engage with them in their sin.
We live in a culture that loves its sin, but not only do they love their sin they require on penalty of exclusion and punishment that we accept and embrace their sin. If we do not we are treated with contempt.
If you are experiencing this contempt and banishment for not remaining silent in the face of bad doctrine and foolish thinking then you can count yourself as in good company.
The apostles and Jesus Christ Himself were treated shamefully because they did not say what the general populous wanted to hear.
2 Timothy 4:2-4 "…2 Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and encourage with every form of patient instruction. 3 For the time will come when men will not tolerate sound doctrine, but with itching ears they will gather around themselves teachers to suit their own desires. 4 So they will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths.…"
Keep in mind that the lies they tell against born again believers are based not on truth but on the liars desired belief about you. These same types believe you are just like them, they lie so they say you lie. They demean and mock so they accuse you of demeaning and mocking.
The devil has been using these very same tactics from the beginning of creation. He twisted the words of God when speaking to Eve, to say something God never said. He lied against God to turn Eve against God also, this is the first encounter we see of the devil placing doubts in a human beings mind. He is still doing this in human relationships today.
If the devil can remove the support system for the born again believer by turning people against them, in his mind he can cause them to turn on God. Little does this evil personage know that born again believers cannot be turned against God.
However, their witness can be reduced if the born again believer reacts badly to ill treatment. This is also the goal of the devil. When we see this happening, that is false accusations, snarky and contemptuous responses to the truth we can ignore it, refuse to respond in anger and be on our way with a clear conscience.
Psalm 4:4-5 " 4 For You are not a God who delights in wickedness; no evil can dwell with You. 5 The boastful cannot stand in Your presence; You hate all workers of iniquity.…"
1 John 5:19 "19 We know that we are children of God, and that the whole world is under the control of the evil one."
The key to this discussion is that first we can expect the devil to throw at us the angst of others who do not love God and secondly we can avoid becoming like the narcissist by refusing to respond to the attacks.
