Anger Over Conspiracies.....So Very Sad

I have actually had "friends" angry at me for not believing the conspiracies they are sending me in private messages. I do not and will not take seriously the tabloid news and videos. I do not need to know all that stuff nor do I desire to know it.

I have been told I need to "open my eyes", I need to "research", I need to stop being "ignorant" and others insulting phrases that are untrue about me.

This just gives us a clue about those who "pride' themselves as having special knowledge, that is the worship of knowledge for its own sake called Gnosticism, many of them are arrogant and self-righteous, as well as angry at those who do to believe everything they say.

In other words, we are foolish and stupid if we don't think the way they think. I grew up with this narcissistic mentality of intimidation and see it growing exponentially as we near the end of the church age and enter the age of apostasy.

Those who refuse to pray to see if what they are believing in the tabloid internet news is true, are prideful. Sorry, I don't say it to be rude but to warn believers that there are many deceptions in these last days designed to distract them from Christ.

Please go to prayer about everything.

Useless and Distracting False Knowledge

I remember when many people were worried about and preparing for disaster in the year 1999, expecting a crash in all computers as well as no ability to buy groceries.

My husband and I couldn't figure out what they were worried about. I said; "there was a day we ran the country without technology the worst that could happen is we would go back to the old ways until things could be figured out.

My husband maintained that things will be figured out quickly and we would not miss a beat.

Some of our friends were worried, stocked up on groceries, and waited with bated breath until the misery came.

Guess what!!! The misery didn't come, my husband was right, things were figured out quickly and no one was without whatever they needed. The hype about the matter was bogus, just like the hype about many conspiracies are also bogus now, only on steroids.

I challenge believers to go to prayer to be shown what is internet lies and what is not. Better yet, stop "researching" things you would not otherwise see just living your lives. When you are faced with something God will give you the wisdom about handling it.

I am fully confident that I do not need to know the future, God will give me the wisdom I need for whatever He has for me to endure.

Most of the conspiracies on the internet are lies, YES I SAID that!! They are lies sprinkled with a tiny bit of half-truth, making them sound believable.

Do we trust Christ for each day or only for salvation? I trust that He knows what is true and what is not and what I will need to know when there is a need.

One thing for sure, I don't want my head full of lies concocted by those who are fooling Christians every day distracting them from Christ and trusting in Him.

Philippians 4:8

"8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things."

This does not mean that we don't face life as it comes to us, it means we do not go looking for useless knowledge and gossip.

A Warning about the Warnings

Those who live in "conspiracy land" constantly looking for muck to rake up to worry about miss the fact that God gave us all we need to know in the Bible. When something walks in front of us that validates the Word we can see it, there is no need to constantly be seeking out the newest conspiracy or rank gossip.

By the way, why would anyone do that, look and look and look to see what muck to rake up? My guess is that they enjoy it, but what do they do with it? They pass it on to someone else to help them worry too.

Sadly many people who do this come to erroneous conclusions of what the mark of the beast is that is different from what God said it is, which is a mark in the hand or forehead. Nowhere does God say it was a jab in the arm. And, born again believers need not worry about it because they will not do it. No born again believer who comes to Christ after the rapture will take the mark. Anyone who does was never born again authentically, they would be the pretenders.

There is pride involved in wanting to know the latest muck as though there is special knowledge making the one who found it feel a sense of superiority. This is called "Gnosticism", the desire for knowledge for no other purpose than for the sake of knowledge itself.

I hear phrases all the time like; "we need to be educated and know this", I beg to differ, we do not need to know things that we can do nothing about or change in any way. Just knowing does nothing, passing it on to destroy the peace of others only destroys a believer's spiritual walk with Christ, keeping them fixated on all the muck instead of praising God in gratefulness.

Just knowing something is nothing, and may even be a deterrent to the gospel, a monstrous distraction.

1 Corinthians 8:1 "Now concerning food sacrificed to idols, we know that we all have knowledge. Knowledge makes one conceited, but love edifies people."

Boasting of the latest knowledge that no one can do anything about is of no value at all in the edification of the believer.

God said no one will stop what is prophesied. He did say too that when we see these things "look up" with expectancy at our home going. He did not say look all around making sure everyone knows the muck.

Luke 21:28

"28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh."

Ephesians 4:29

“Let no unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building up the one in need and bringing grace to those who listen.”

I consider the continual conspiracy talk unwholesome, raking up muck to frighten the believer is a distraction to walking with Christ. It s a wrong focus!!!
