I wish believers would see a correction or rebuke as the love that it is. Without discussion about things and a willingness to consider others there can be no resolution of problems.
Our love for Christ is far greater than our love of self if we are born again. We are more concerned about our brothers and sisters learning righteousness than we are about being seen as perfect ourselves.
Proverbs 21:21
"21 He who pursues righteousness and loyalty
Finds life, righteousness and honor."
We are only able to pursue righteousness when we are willing to admit our flaws.
