God Will Avenge Israel

300 bombs a day average are lobbed into Israel by the Palestinians, And, what do we hear on the news? "Israel lobbed bombs into the Palestinian community."

The Palestinians have been doing this for years, the reason you don't hear much about it is because Israel has rocket detectors that blow them out of the air when they come, occasionally one hits something on the ground.

This time as was the case a few years ago...Israel fights back, the reason they did this time is because of the brutal murder of the three Israeli boys by the Palestinians. Then on the news all you hear mostly is the Israeli boys who took revenge and set a Palestinian boy on fire and killed him.

It was wrong for sure, but it was only a part of the equation. Netanyahu condemned what the Israeli boys did and brought them to justice, declaring that he will not tolerate any terrorism no matter who does it.

When the three Israeli boys were murdered by the Palestinians just days before, the Palestinians cheered and no one in their clan condemned it.

Now do we have a good indication of the evil heart of the Muslims that make up the Palestinian people who live across the wall from Israel? They are Jew haters, bent on murdering as many Jews as possible.

Will God take vengeance on the Palestinians and all the Arabs who come against His countrymen? You bet He will.

Ezekiel 39:1-29
New American Standard Bible (NASB)

Prophecy against Gog—Invaders Destroyed
39 “And you, son of man, prophesy against Gog and say, ‘Thus says the Lord [a]God, “Behold, I am against you, O Gog, [b]prince of Rosh, Meshech and Tubal; 2 and I will turn you around, drive you on, take you up from the remotest parts of the north and bring you against the mountains of Israel. 3 I will strike your bow from your left hand and dash down your arrows from your right hand. 4 You will fall on the mountains of Israel, you and all your troops and the peoples who are with you; I will give you as food to every [c]kind of predatory bird and beast of the field. 5 You will fall on the [d]open field; for it is I who have spoken,” declares the Lord God. 6 “And I will send fire upon Magog and those who inhabit the coastlands in safety; and they will know that I am the Lord.

7 “My holy name I will make known in the midst of My people Israel; and I will not let My holy name be profaned anymore. And the nations will know that I am the Lord, the Holy One in Israel. 8 Behold, it is coming and it shall be done,” declares the Lord God. “That is the day of which I have spoken.

9 “Then those who inhabit the cities of Israel will go out and make fires with the weapons and burn them, both shields and bucklers, bows and arrows, war clubs and spears, and for seven years they will make fires of them. 10 They will not take wood from the field or gather firewood from the forests, for they will make fires with the weapons; and they will take the spoil of those who despoiled them and seize the plunder of those who plundered them,” declares the Lord God.

11 “On that day I will give Gog a burial ground there in Israel, the valley of those who pass by east of the sea, and it will block off those who would pass by. So they will bury Gog there with all his [e]horde, and they will call it the valley of [f]Hamon-gog. 12 For seven months the house of Israel will be burying them in order to cleanse the land. 13 Even all the people of the land will bury them; and it will be [g]to their renown on the day that I glorify Myself,” declares the Lord God. 14 “They will set apart men who will constantly pass through the land, burying those who were passing through, even those left on the surface of the ground, in order to cleanse it. At the end of seven months they will make a search. 15 As those who pass through the land pass through and anyone sees a man’s bone, then he will [h]set up a marker by it until the buriers have buried it in the valley of [i]Hamon-gog. 16 And even the name of the city will be Hamonah. So they will cleanse the land.”’

17 “As for you, son of man, thus says the Lord God, ‘Speak to every [j]kind of bird and to every beast of the field, “Assemble and come, gather from every side to My sacrifice which I am going to sacrifice for you, as a great sacrifice on the mountains of Israel, that you may eat flesh and drink blood. 18 You will eat the flesh of mighty men and drink the blood of the princes of the earth, as though they were rams, lambs, goats and bulls, all of them fatlings of Bashan. 19 So you will eat fat until you are glutted, and drink blood until you are drunk, from My sacrifice which I have sacrificed for you. 20 You will be glutted at My table with horses and charioteers, with mighty men and all the men of war,” declares the Lord God.

21 “And I will set My glory among the nations; and all the nations will see My judgment which I have executed and My hand which I have laid on them. 22 And the house of Israel will know that I am the Lord their God from that day onward. 23 The nations will know that the house of Israel went into exile for their iniquity because they acted treacherously against Me, and I hid My face from them; so I gave them into the hand of their adversaries, and all of them fell by the sword. 24 According to their uncleanness and according to their transgressions I dealt with them, and I hid My face from them.”’”

Israel Restored
25 Therefore thus says the Lord God, “Now I will [k]restore the fortunes of Jacob and have mercy on the whole house of Israel; and I will be jealous for My holy name. 26 They will [l]forget their disgrace and all their treachery which they [m]perpetrated against Me, when they live securely on their own land with no one to make them afraid. 27 When I bring them back from the peoples and gather them from the lands of their enemies, then I shall be sanctified [n]through them in the sight of the many nations. 28 Then they will know that I am the Lord their God because I made them go into exile among the nations, and then gathered them again to their own land; and I will leave none of them there any longer. 29 I will not hide My face from them any longer, for I will have poured out My Spirit on the house of Israel,” declares the Lord God.

All Believers Are Messianic

All Believers Are Messianic

I take exception to the term "Messianic Jew"

When someone becomes born again they are, everyone "Messianic." To give a special title to the Jews when they become born again, is to separate them from other parts of the body of Christ.

We have Jewish brothers and sisters and the Lord used the term in the Lord...."Brethren."

We are all Brethren in the Lord, there need not be any dividing terminology that makes them individually special over any other believer.

The nation of Israel is special in one sense, but the individual Jew is brother and sister with the believing Gentiles.

James 2:1 "My brethren, do not hold your faith in our glorious Lord Jesus Christ with an attitude of personal favoritism."

Also, to use the term Messianic Jew is to seem to imply they are saved Jews who are not Messianic. Here again, is the human need for special titles that the Lord never gave, you will not see the designation "Messianic Jew", in the Bible anywhere.

GOD IS NOT FINISHED WITH ISRAEL Israel

GOD IS NOT FINISHED WITH ISRAEL

God is not only, not finished with Israel, He has extended salvation to the Gentiles to make Israel jealous, that they might some day become saved too.  All those who would attempt to twist Scripture to indicate that God is finished with Israel, have not read their Bibles with the wisdom of the Holy Spirit.  They are prideful desiring to have what God gave to Israel

As Gentiles we can rejoice with Israel over the love God has for them. We are brothers and sisters with all the Jews that have trusted Christ, and there are many more Jews who will come into the fold in due time.

Israel is the only nation in the world who will trust Christ as an entire nation, this cannot be said of any other nation ever.  The New Jerusalem will be in Israel, Christ will come back to the Mt. of Olives, His return to Israel, that He loves.  NO....God is not only not finished with Israel, He is waiting until the time they will no longer reject Him.....He is the patient and long suffering God.

Romans 11:11-31

11 I say then, they did not stumble so as to fall, did they? May it never be! But by their transgression salvation has come to the Gentiles, to make them jealous. 12 Now if their transgression is riches for the world and their failure is riches for the Gentiles, how much more will their [a]fulfillment be! 13 But I am speaking to you who are Gentiles. Inasmuch then as I am an apostle of Gentiles, I magnify my ministry, 14 if somehow I might move to jealousy my [b]fellow countrymen and save some of them. 15 For if their rejection is the reconciliation of the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead? 16 If the first piece of dough is holy, the lump is also; and if the root is holy, the branches are too.

17 But if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive, were grafted in among them and became partaker with them of the [c]rich root of the olive tree, 18 do not be arrogant toward the branches; but if you are arrogant, remember that it is not you who supports the root, but the root supports you. 19 You will say then, “Branches were broken off so that I might be grafted in.” 20 Quite right, they were broken off for their unbelief, but you stand by your faith. Do not be conceited, but fear; 21 for if God did not spare the natural branches, He will not spare you, either. 22 Behold then the kindness and severity of God; to those who fell, severity, but to you, God’s kindness, if you continue in His kindness; otherwise you also will be cut off. 23 And they also, if they do not continue in their unbelief, will be grafted in, for God is able to graft them in again. 24 For if you were cut off from what is by nature a wild olive tree, and were grafted contrary to nature into a cultivated olive tree, how much more will these who are the natural branches be grafted into their own olive tree?

25 For I do not want you, brethren, to be uninformed of this mystery—so that you will not be wise in your own estimation—that a partial hardening has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in; 26 and so all Israel will be saved; just as it is written,

“The Deliverer will come from Zion,
He will remove ungodliness from Jacob.”
27 “This is [d]My covenant with them,
When I take away their sins.”
28 [e]From the standpoint of the gospel they are enemies for your sake, but [f]from the standpoint of God’s choice they are beloved for the sake of the fathers; 29 for the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable. 30 For just as you once were disobedient to God, but now have been shown mercy because of their disobedience, 31 so these also now have been disobedient, that because of the mercy shown to you they also may now be shown mercy."

Believers Love the Nation of Israel

A believer in Christ will have a soft place in his heart for the Jews. Anyone who harbors hatred toward anyone is a murderer according to God, but especially the Jews.

Lord’s Love for Israel

2 “I have loved you,” says the Lord. But you say, “How have you loved us?” “Is not Esau Jacob’s brother?” declares the Lord. “Yet I have loved Jacob 3 but Esau I have hated. I have laid waste his hill country and left his heritage to jackals of the desert.”

When God said that He loved Jacob and hated Esau, He was not speaking of them as individuals but as nations. Jacob was the son of the promise and was the symbol of Israel as a nation and Esau was the son of illegitimacy and a symbol of the Arab nation.

The Arabs who are descended from Ishmael have been against Israel ever since Ishmael was born. They will always be against God's people, except for the individuals within that clan, that trust Christ. As a whole the Arab nations will never stop hating Israel, nor will they stop attempting to annihilate her permanently. They will not succeed, but they will never stop trying.

The miracle is that God returned Israel to her nation, even though the entire world will be against her, she will still prevail. Israel will one day trust Christ after heavy losses, but will retain their nation. They will be the ones to take the gospel to the world in the tribulation.

Jerusalem to Be Attacked
12 The burden of the word of the Lord concerning Israel.

Thus declares the Lord who stretches out the heavens, lays the foundation of the earth, and forms the spirit of man within him, 2 “Behold, I am going to make Jerusalem a cup that causes reeling to all the peoples around; and when the siege is against Jerusalem, it will also be against Judah. 3 It will come about in that day that I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone for all the peoples; all who lift it will be severely injured. And all the nations of the earth will be gathered against it. 4 In that day,” declares the Lord, “I will strike every horse with bewilderment and his rider with madness. But I will watch over the house of Judah, while I strike every horse of the peoples with blindness. 5 Then the clans of Judah will say in their hearts, ‘A strong support for us are the inhabitants of Jerusalem through the Lord of hosts, their God.’

6 “In that day I will make the clans of Judah like a firepot among pieces of wood and a flaming torch among sheaves, so they will consume on the right hand and on the left all the surrounding peoples, while the inhabitants of Jerusalem again dwell on their own sites in Jerusalem. 7 The Lord also will save the tents of Judah first, so that the glory of the house of David and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem will not be magnified above Judah. 8 In that day the Lord will defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and the one who is feeble among them in that day will be like David, and the house of David will be like God, like the angel of the Lord before them. 9 And in that day I will ]set about to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.

10 “I will pour out on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the Spirit of grace and of supplication, so that they will look on Me whom they have pierced; and they will mourn for Him, as one mourns for an only son, and they will weep bitterly over Him like the bitter weeping over a firstborn. 11 In that day there will be great mourning in Jerusalem, like the mourning of Hadadrimmon in the plain of Megiddo. 12 The land will mourn, every family by itself; the family of the house of David by itself and their wives by themselves; the family of the house of Nathan by itself and their wives by themselves; 13 the family of the house of Levi by itself and their wives by themselves; the family of the Shimeites by itself and their wives by themselves; 14 all the families that remain, every family by itself and their wives by themselves.
