Apologies mean nothing if the behavior continues. An authentic apology with heartfelt regret leads to changed behavior. No apology means the behavior will continue.
True sorrow over offenses is open and honest and humble, with a desire to never do the offense again.
Those who use covert rudeness in very subtle ways are not sorry, do not apologize, disrespect us, and will continue the behavior; avoid such people.
2 Timothy 3:1-5 "3 But realize this, that in the last days difficult times will come. 2 For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, slanderers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy, 3 unloving, irreconcilable, malicious gossips, without self-control, brutal, haters of good, 4 treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5 holding to a form of godliness although they have denied its power; avoid such people as these."
When you address the rudeness and the offender argues or justifies it, then we know they cannot be reasoned with; we avoid them, leaving them to God to deal with on our behalf.
Rejecting the cultural Christianity I grew up with to embrace and enjoy a relationship with Jesus Christ. A place to come and share thoughts about almost anything. Especially things of the Lord. Please no Anonymous posts, I enjoy knowing who is writing to me.

My Loss Her Gain
Another dear friend passed into the presence of Jesus Christ this morning. May we rejoice for her as we weep for our loss. Annie will be missed; we are so glad our hope is in knowing we will see her again when it is our turn to go home.
I pray for her grieving family; may they remember the example she brought them in her dedication to Christ and follow her example.
Hebrews 10:22 "Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, with our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water."
1 John 5:13 "I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life."
