If I hear one more time that America is a Christian nation I will vomit.
Revelation 3:16
"So, because you are lukewarm, neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of my mouth! CEV. But since you are lukewarm and neither cold nor hot, I will spit you."
We see wickedness all around us all the time. Marriage is treated contemptuously, children are brash, rude and disrespectful and their parents do not train them to be otherwise.
The movies and tv shows are brazenly immoral and any shows depicting the life of Christ or the Bible are blasphemous.
There are more babies born out of wedlock than in marriage, while half of the marriages end in divorce while the other half endorse it.
Those who are taunted and rejected are the Christians who stand against these things that dishonor God. We are persecuted by those who attend church gatherings as though we are cruel for standing on God's Word.
I have been rejected more by Christians for speaking the truth about divorce and remarriage than any other subject. Our own family members have demeaned and mocked me for not supporting what God condemns.
All the dedicated born again believers have experienced family rejection and even church rejection for staying to the Word of God, and that is in this nation.
2 Timothy 4:2-4
"2 Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and encourage with every form of patient instruction. 3 For the time will come when men will not tolerate sound doctrine, but with itching ears, they will gather around themselves teachers to suit their own desires. 4 So they will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths.…"
Fantasy thinking is on overdrive now as people spend more time enjoying what they want to believe than they care about truth.
Keep looking up brothers and sisters it is all going to be over soon, we will be going home in the clouds with Christ.
