The Age of Apostasy is Here

Most people attending church gatherings have been lied to in these last days of apostasy. People have no idea how many things they believe that are not Biblical and even against the Word of God while thinking they are special for following these false doctrines of men.
2 Timothy 4:3
"3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;"

Are You This Close to Jesus Christ?

Amen, Amen!!!! We become so close to the greatest Friend we could ever have that the loss of anyone else pales in comparison. Hallelujah!!!! We wish that our loved ones would go with us but if they don't we remain joyful and fully content.

Narcissists Never Learn While Becoming Cranky in their Old Age

Narcissists never learn, they don't change and grow because they have been stubborn all their lives. They are full of intense pride that has dominated them all their lives and they live in fear of letting go of that pride.
They cannot become born again because to trust in Christ they would have to admit their sinful nature and desire to be changed by Christ and they will never defer to anyone. They have been the pretenders in the church who seem to drift away from spirituality as they lose interest in pretending to be something they are not.
Narcissists become more cranky in their old age because they have depended all their lives on their appearance, their agility and ability to play at adventures but as they age they can no longer do these things. Those who used to find them fascinating are moving away from them, they are often left alone without genuine companions.
Humble older people who have aged gracefully can admit their frailties and even laugh about them. But the narcissist must pretend they are still strong and still healthy and still good-looking in their appearance. They never drop the belief that they are what they were when they are young, but in their heart of hearts they know they are not and are angry about it.
It is also the reason narcissists cannot be around old people or sick people, it reminds them of their own frailties, they are the most uncomfortable with anyone who has illness and expresses their plight.
They become jealous of those who are still young, they have burned through all the relationships in their age group so they surround themselves with younger people to make themselves feel young.
I have seen this many times in my life, the continued downward spiral into an angry spirit as the narcissists are weakening in every aspect of their existence, but will not admit it to anyone.
It is important that we never allow the devil to delude us into believing remaining youthful is the most important thing in our life. When we age gracefully we accept our condition and learn to lean into God's will for us.
Aging for the born-again believer, even with all its difficulties, maintain our joy because for us when this life is over we will be with Christ and in paradise with our brothers and sisters in Christ. This life is merely a training ground for us and our death is our salvation.
1 Corinthians 15:55-58
“O death, where is your victory? O death, where is your sting?” The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ."
Death is a blessing for born-again believers and remaining youthful seems more like a curse than a blessing. Those who have walked with Christ know that there is nothing back there in our youth that we would want, we have come too far in our Spiritual and emotional growth that we could never go back to that old self.

Lies Regarding: “It’s Biblical to Pay Pastors”

Always Question Every Teacher and Pray that the Holy Spirit Teach You

I have no doubt that many people who say they are Bible-believing Christians not only do not know their Bibles but defy most of what God commanded in it.
These same people have no fruit of the Spirit, seem angry all the time while acting irritated and even rage when corrected with scripture.
"Bible-Believing" is nothing more than a phrase used to elevate the one who uses it. I no longer use this phrase because just like the phrase "evangelical" has come to mean very little these days, it sends a picture that is not Biblical to the unsaved world.
God never uses these phrases "Bible believing" or "evangelical" but He does use "follower of Christ."
Matthew 16:24-26
Discipleship Is Costly
24 Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone wants to come after Me, he must deny himself, take up his cross, and follow Me.
25 For whoever wants to save his life will lose it; but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it.
26 For what good will it do a person if he gains the whole world, but forfeits his soul? Or what will a person give in exchange for his soul?"
God said very clearly that if we are His true disciples we will obey Him, we will love His Word and speak it boldly.
John 14:15-16 "15 If you love Me, you will keep My commandments. 16 And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Advocate to be with you forever—…"
John 14:21
Whoever has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me. The one who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and reveal Myself to him."
John 14:23
"Jesus replied, "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word. My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him."
John 15:10
"If you keep My commandments, you will remain in My love, just as I have kept My Father's commandments and remain in His love."
1 John 2:3
"By this we can be sure that we have come to know Him: if we keep His commandments."
1 John 5:3
"For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome,"
2 John 1:6
"And this is love, that we walk according to His commandments. This is the very commandment you have heard from the beginning, that you must walk in love."
What is the common thread through every verse? It is that those who love Christ will love His Word and want to follow it. When they are challenged by others to obey Christ they will not be angry but grateful for the admonishment.
Those who are pretenders will become angry when corrected with Scripture, they will even destroy a relationship to maintain their sin against the Word of God.
The biggest violation of God's Word I see in our day comes from those who know the Bible and use it disgracefully to fit their culture. They leave out phrases God said and add phrases God never said to justify what they want to believe. I run into this more often than anything else among believers.
Many phrases in our culture have been snatched from their context and declared to mean things very different from what Christ said.
The devil knew he couldn't get church goers to out and out deny scripture but he could and did encourage them to change God's Word to malign Him while feeling proud of themselves about how clever they think they are and that others will "like" what they say because it allows for bad attitudes and wrong thinking.
Ephesians 6:12 "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places."
The pretenders feel secure and happy as long as they are quoting scriptures, it doesn't matter if they are being used correctly or in the mindset of Christ.
The best way to fool and manipulate a new believer or a pretender is to use scripture out of context, even adding some of their own ideas to the scripture and passing it off as God Who said it. The devil loves this mess.
If we want to know the trust about anything we must ask the Holy Spirit to reveal it so that we can see the passages in context the way God meant to convey them. Then every passage must be in the context of the rest of the Bible. The Bible does not contradict itself, the principle in the New Testament will be seen in an example in the Old Testament.
Those who seek Christ with all their heart and desire to know only truth will find themselves being at odds with most of Christianity in these end times. So many things that Christians follow and believe are not commands of God and bring a false belief system that makes them proud of themselves rather than submissive to Christ.
My only admonishment is to pray that Christ will remove from your mind and heart anything that you learned that is not true and replace it with the truth as you read the Bible and study what He said. The best way to avoid deception is to ignore all the noise in the church coming from those who have been taught the wrong way and begin to depend entirely on the Holy Spirit.
You will be amazed at what you will see in the churches that are actually against God's Word but purport to be from the Bible. We are living in a day when we must evaluate everything anyone says about God and comparing it with what God says in His Word.
John 16:13-15
"But when He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth; for He will not speak on His own initiative, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come. He will glorify Me, for He will take of Mine and will disclose it to you. All things that the Father has are Mine; therefore I said that He takes of Mine and will disclose it to you."
If you have been authentically born-again the Holy Spirit lives in you and can teach you better than any person. We share with one another as we always evaluate what is said according to the Bible.
Acts 17:11-12 "11 Now the Bereans were more noble-minded than the Thessalonians, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if these teachings were true. 12 As a result, many of them believed, along with quite a few prominent Greek women and men.…"
The Bereans never just believed what a man said, they went home and searched the Scripture to make sure it was true. We ought to always do the same when we listen to anyone claiming to be a teacher of the Word.

Come Out From Among Them and Be Separate

2 Corinthians 6:16-18 "…16 What agreement can exist between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said: “I will dwell with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be My people.”
17“Therefore come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord. Touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you.”
18 And: “I will be a Father to you, and you will be My sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.”…"
A person will never grow emotionally or spiritually mature as long as they remain in the modern apostate church gatherings.
We are living in the days just like those of Noah when there were so few believers that nearly everyone had a false religion and followed wicked cultural practices.
We have become so accustomed to the sin of pride in the church gatherings that it all seems normal and even good to us. Why does it feel good to most attendees? The answer is simple, the culture as a whole is basing their gathering experience on feelings. If they feel good about it, then it must be good. If they feel convicted or sad, then it must be bad.
Very few people are evaluating church gatherings according to the Word of God. Remember Jesus Christ is the Word, everything in the Bible is His message to us. He is the very essence of His Own Word. When we negate the Bible by adding and subtracting from it to fit the culture it is the same as denying Him.
If you want to take the spiritual and emotional temperature of someone just quote the Bible to them and watch their reaction. Those who disobey God's Word will be irritated or even rage with words like; "legalist" or "mean-spirited", to discredit us. This will show you their heart and that you cannot have fellowship with those who use the Bible disrespectfully and for their own purposes.
Those who love Jesus Christ will want to hear what He has to say, in context and without adding to or subtracting from His Word.
Isaiah 52:11
"Depart, depart, go out from there! Touch no unclean thing; come out from it, purify yourselves, you who carry the vessels of the LORD."
Jeremiah 15:17
"I never sat with the band of revelers, nor did I celebrate with them. Because Your hand was on me, I sat alone, for You have filled me with indignation."
God's heart has not changed, it remains just as it was in the days of the prophets when He mandated that they not engage with false prophets or half-hearted believers.
When we participate with those who use the Bible disrespectfully by changing what God said, we are validating what they do.
2 Corinthians 7:1
"Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God."
Numbers 16:21,26,45
"Separate yourselves from among this congregation, that I may consume them in a moment…"
The pandemic that closed the churches was God's way of showing us the spiritual and emotional temperature of the gatherings. Many were beside themselves with fear that they could not meet anymore. They didn't know how to read the Word, pray and worship at home, they were addicted to the leadership of that "paid-pastor" as though they could not approach God without him.
When we depend on any person to be our spirituality for us we are not depending on the Holy Spirit. This mentality that we must have that leader is no different from the Catholic church or any other cult that depends on a human mediator between them and God.
1 Timothy 2:5-6 " 5 For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, 6 who gave Himself as a ransom for all—the testimony that was given at just the right time.…"
1 Corinthians 8:6
"yet for us there is but one God, the Father, from whom all things came and for whom we exist. And there is but one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things came and through whom we exist."
No man stands between us and the Holy Spirit Who lives in us when we become born-again.
Hebrews 8:6
"But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises."
Bottom Line: trust the Holy Spirit and trust no man!
