When our decisions impact another human being we do not have a right to do what harms them.
Rejecting the cultural Christianity I grew up with to embrace and enjoy a relationship with Jesus Christ. A place to come and share thoughts about almost anything. Especially things of the Lord. Please no Anonymous posts, I enjoy knowing who is writing to me.

Sufferers Have the Greater Faith
Many times those who are suffering the most are those with the greatest faith.
They remain faithful to God through all their suffering. Those who shout "lack of faith" the loudest are those who are not suffering and are so prideful they believe it won't happen to them.
How could they be reading their Bibles and miss the story of Job, a man of God who suffered greatly and never denied God. He didn't even have the support of his wife.
James 1:2-8
"2 Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials,
3 knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance.
4 And let endurance have its perfect result, so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.
5 But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him.
6 But he must ask in faith without any doubting, for the one who doubts is like the surf of the sea, driven and tossed by the wind. 7 For that man ought not to expect that he will receive anything from the Lord,
8 being a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways."
God does not always remove our infirmities, but He does go through them with us. Hallelujah!

Consistency is the Clue
Whatever we basically are is how we consistently act.
One cannot act against their nature, they can pretend but eventually will revert to what is most comfortable according to their character.
This has been my observations after many years of being around a narcissistic family structure.
Conversely those who are consistently sweet and kind almost never doing anything unkind and if they do it was without realizing it. Kind people cannot stand the thought of hurting anyone.
1 Corinthians 13:4-8
"4 Love is patient, love is kind and is not jealous; love does not brag and is not arrogant,
5 does not act unbecomingly; it does not seek its own, is not provoked, does not take into account a wrong suffered,
6 does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; 7 bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
8 Love never fails;"

Confess to be Cleansed, Confess to be Made into a New Creation by Christ

MANY PROFESSING CHRISTIANS ARE UNSAVED,
UNCONVICTED, UNBROKEN,
UNTEACHABLE,
UNREPENTANT, UNHOLY, UNCONCERNED ABOUT SIN.

Confessing to be Cleansed
Recently many Christians have been accused of "being negative" on facebook. If only these people would realize we love them and want them to be saved or as believers growing in holiness.
We have all had to confess sins to be cleansed, we want the same blessing for everyone else.
1 John 1:9
"9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
There is no better blessing than a clear conscience that comes from confession and cleansing. The devil cannot harm those who keep close accounts with our Lord.

The Solution to being Deceived
In these last days it is easy to momentarily be deceived, but when we ask God to show us truth He will do it.
There is always a check in our Spirit when we have been deceived that we ignore. When we get that check in the beginning is when we must pray when we get the sense that something is off, then the Holy Spirit in us will show us what is wrong. God never fails to answer when we ask Him.
James 1:5-7 "…5 Now if any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him. 6 But he must ask in faith, without doubting, because he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. 7 That man should not expect to receive anything from the Lord."
