The Age of Apostasy

I am convinced when Hitler first came to power and began his reign of terror there were people who heard things that were going on and dismissed them as "conspiracy theory" to be ignored. Just a thought!

Who would have thought 50 years ago when I was getting married that this country would be murdering over 4,000 babies a day, now reaching over the 60 million mark. If you had said to me 50 years ago this would happen I would have called you crazy.

I never heard the word "abortion" until 1973. I turned to my husband when the news came on to report the Roe v Wade decision and asked him; "what is abortion" when he told me I was horrified.

When abortion was made legal in 1973 through all nine months I told my husband we wouldn't have to worry about that law because no woman would do that to her own baby. How utterly naive I was at the age of 20. And yet I know it was a baby.

I was innocent enough to believe that every woman loved her children the way I loved mine. I actually believed it would take a very wicked heart to abuse a tiny baby in the womb.

Later I realized that the American heart had become so hard that they bought into the lie that it was not a baby while it is in the womb. However, now they no longer say that, they admit its a baby but you have the right to decide to kill it if it's inconvenient.

All those who think this country is not wicked raise your hands, you have proven you are blinded by the evil so much you think it's normal.

If you think America is number one, like as your favorite ball team, then you are right, America is number one in pornography, filthy movies, alcoholism, homosexuality, murders of babies, other kinds of murders, false Christianity, materialism, apostasy in churches, narcissism, and everything else in between.

All the nations of the world are wicked and America leads in its influence. Stop trying to bring America back and begin working to speak the gospel to anyone who will listen as you are led by the Holy Spirit. We are looking for individuals now not entire nations.

You may not find many who are willing to listen anymore because they are acting like the people in Noah's day. It's possible we are not compelled to preach in the streets because God says, "no more preaching, these people mock me." IF you are led by God you will go, if not then you will not go but you will always be an influence in your community one way or another, perhaps one person here and one person there, but still active in some way. Those who cannot leave their homes can pray for those who do.

Jeremiah 23:32
"Indeed," declares the LORD, "I am against those who prophesy false dreams they tell to lead My people astray with their reckless lies. It was not I who sent or commanded them, and they are of no benefit at all to these people," declares the LORD.

2 Timothy 4:2-4 "…2 Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and encourage with every form of patient instruction. 3 For the time will come when men will not tolerate sound doctrine, but with itching ears, they will gather around themselves teachers to suit their own desires. 4 So they will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths.…"

Jeremiah 11:14 "14 As for you, do not pray for these people. Do not raise up a cry or a prayer on their behalf, for I will not be listening when they call out to Me at the time of their disaster. "
