Everything Christ Taught are His Commands

God the Father called Jesus Christ His Son, God. Jesus Christ is the Author of the entire Bible, everything in it are His instructions and commands to us.
Hebrews 1:8 "8 But regarding the Son He says,
“Your throne, God, is forever and ever,
And the scepter of righteousness is the scepter of His kingdom."
God also said that all believers who have the Holy Spirit should be teachers. Nowhere does it say that only men should teach although men and women have different roles within the church gathering, men teaching and women not, we are free and even commanded to all be teaching someone when not in the gathering.
Hebrews 5:12-14
"12 For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you have need again for someone to teach you the elementary principles of the oracles of God, and you have come to need milk and not solid food.
13 For everyone who partakes only of milk is not accustomed to the word of righteousness, for he is an infant.
14 But solid food is for the mature, who because of practice have their senses trained to discern good and evil."
Those who love the Lord with all their heart cannot hold back the truths and principles of Christ. The Holy Spirit remains silent in the hearts of stubborn Christians who will not obey His voice. They are saved but have not trusted Christ for everything in their lives. These people remain spiritual infants led by their emotions and desires even though they may believe in Christ and may have been changed by Him into a new creation, they do not seek Him in all things.
1 Corinthians 2:14
"The natural person does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are folly to him, and he is not able to understand them because they are spiritually discerned."
In this passage, we see a person who is unsaved who says they believe in God but have never been born again. Those who have been born again still have a choice to obey Christ in them and are secure but are lacking so much so that if they do not repent they will lose rewards in heaven and the benefits of sweet fellowship with the Holy Spirit Who lives in them.
1 Thessalonians 5:19-22
"19 Do not quench (silence) the Spirit,
20 do not utterly reject prophecies,
21 but examine everything; hold firmly to that which is good,
22 abstain from every form of evil."
1 Corinthians 3:15 "
"If anyone's work is burned up, he will suffer loss, though he himself will be saved, but only as through fire."
Those who look to their own cleverness and have a desire to be superior to others will choose to believe what is advantageous to themselves as they neglect to consult with the Holy Spirit and do not listen when He speaks to them. They are more likely to listen to people and their culture than they are to the promptings of the Holy Spirit. These are those who extract passages from their context to make them say what they want to believe rather than believing what Christ actually said.
This is so prevalent in the Christian church that it has become difficult to know who is born again and who is a pretender.
Matthew 7:21-23
I Never Knew You
21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.
22 On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’
23 And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’"
Many people do kind acts to proudly elevate themselves while expressing little concern about the well-being of others. They love to parade their good deeds to be seen by others, but will not perform them unless someone can see them or they can talk about them to others.
1 Corinthians 3:13 "…12 If anyone builds on this foundation using gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, or straw, 13 his workmanship will be evident, because the Day will bring it to light. It will be revealed with fire, and the fire will prove the quality of each man’s work. 14 If what he has built survives, he will receive a reward."
Matthew 6:1-2 "1“Be careful not to perform your righteous acts before men to be seen by them. If you do, you will have no reward from your Father in heaven. 2 So when you give to the needy, do not sound a trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets, to be honored by men. Truly I tell you, they already have their full reward."
Matthew 23:5-7 "…5 All their deeds are done for men to see. They broaden their phylacteries and lengthen their tassels. 6 They love the places of honor at banquets, the chief seats in the synagogues, 7 the greetings in the marketplaces, and the title of ‘Rabbi’ by which they are addressed."
Those who love the Lord with all their heart don't care if anyone notices their good deeds, they only care about pleasing their Father and Jesus Christ through obedience to the Holy Spirit.
One thing I notice is that those who are walking with Christ have no need to boast of their spirituality or good deeds to others, they are joyful and happy without ever needing recognition. People will notice their steady joy and the fruit of the Spirit of Christ even if they never say a word.
Galatians 5:22-23
"22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law."
This fruit is not works or outer appearances, they are inner heart qualities of Christ that only the Spiritual man can discern and unbelievers notice but do not know what they are seeing.
May every believer learn to enjoy obedience to Christ without a need to be elevated as special by people.
John 12:42-43 "42 Nevertheless, many of the leaders believed in Him; but because of the Pharisees, they did not confess Him, for fear that they would be put out of the synagogue. 43 For they loved praise from men more than praise from God."
There are many false preachers and pretenders in the church today because people love the praise of men. They are careful to order their words to fit man's wishes with ear-tickling to have a personal following.
The apostate church and its leaders are more concerned about this life and their own personal pleasure than they are about the gospel of Jesus Christ or obedience to His commands and principles.
I have a deep sorrow to realize that so many people lack the love of Christ and His fruit even though they attend gatherings every week impressing people who don't really know them but are enamored with their outer appearance.
1 Corinthians 13:1-2
"If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing."
Those who place their attention on appearing special and perfect do not walk in love. Self is on the throne of this person's heart.
May we all evaluate ourselves to see if we walk in the Spirit of love or if we walk according to fleshly pride.
When we focus on lifting up Christ we will not be concerned about what others think of us, we will care only what Christ thinks.
1 Corinthians 14:4
"The one who speaks in a tongue edifies himself, but the one who prophesies edifies the church."
If we walk in the power of the Holy Spirit we will not be focused on ourselves at all, our thoughts will always be what God thinks of everything we do.

Why Sunday School Is DESTORYING Childrens' Faith...

Know the Tactics and You will know Who is Involved

1 Peter 5:7-9 "…7 Cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you. 8 Be sober-minded and alert. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. 9 Resist him, standing firm in your faith and in the knowledge that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kinds of suffering."
You will see this devil working to cause trouble among believers where there is no trouble. Those who are controlled by the demons who affect their minds will justify their dastardly deeds and rank attitudes through false rationalizations and accusations when you have done nothing to deserve it.
We resist the devil through prayer and understanding by the Holy Spirit about the tactics of the devil. When we see them clearly we become wise to them and unable to be manipulated by them.
Stay strong in the Holy Spirit, walk in His Power and you will not be fooled nor will you fall into the trap of becoming agitated and angered because you know where it comes from and WHO is stronger than the devil, that is our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Hallelujah!!!!

Trying Harder is Fleshly!!!

If we are "trying harder" to be a better Christian then we are living in the flesh! Our aim ought to be to pray that God change us, then He is the focus and the facilitator, He is changing us, when this happens we will be acting right not in our own effort but in the power of the Holy Spirit and it will be effortless on our part because it is He Who is changing us.
Those who are proud of how good they are acting on the outside do not trust the Holy Spirit and are not convicted of their pride. These people are focused on "self-improvement" not a change by Christ. They cannot be changed by Christ until they admit their own sin of pride, openly admitting it and confessing it to God and others.
Those who work at being better will not be able to sustain it. They can only fool some people, but they will never fool the one who is born again and walking in the Spirit.
The fruit of the Spirit is evident in those who have trusted in Christ but not in their own high opinion of themselves.
Galatians 5:22-23
"22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law."
Good attitudes are constant in those who have the Holy Spirit. They can be seen by discerning hearts who also have the Holy Spirit.
We are only confused about this in the culture because the entire Christian culture is an enabling one based on feelings rather than God's justice and holiness.

Waiting too Long to Repent is not an Option

Another week has passed and a little more drama in the world has occurred. Each day that passes believers in Christ are closer to the rapture of the church.
We see everything around us and are encouraged, which seems strange to the secular world since they have no idea about what is coming for us or for them.
While people are clamoring to build their wealth and exploit their pleasure they are not aware that those who have not trusted Christ are going to see the most horrific events ever in world history. They will be lulled into a false sense of peace while the world implodes.
Before all this occurs the believers will be taken to their home in heaven to celebrate the marriage supper of the Lamb while those who have rejected Christ will be living in such fear and terror that they will want to die but will not be able to.
Revelation 6:16-17
… 15 Then the kings of the earth, the nobles, the commanders, the rich, the mighty, and every slave and free man hid in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains. 16 And they said to the mountains and the rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of the One seated on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb. 17 For the great day of Their wrath has come, and who is able to withstand it?”…
I remain amazed at how many warnings God is giving the unsaved before the tribulation and yet most will not listen and most will mock and demean the believers for their warnings.
However, its not too late to be in that rapture for those who will repent and trust in Christ.
Psalm 2:12
"Kiss the Son, lest He be angry and you perish in your rebellion, when His wrath ignites in an instant. Blessed are all who take refuge in Him."
Mark 3:5
"Jesus looked around at them with anger and sorrow at their hardness of heart. Then He said to the man, "Stretch out your hand." So he stretched it out, and it was restored."
Just as Jesus Christ looked at the stubborn people he felt both anger and sorrow that they would not repent even after they had seen His power in His miracles.
All those who reject Christ can expect no protection from Him.
Psalm 2:9-12
"Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel."
Repent now before it is too late, let go of your pride and false religion that elevates self to embrace a relationship with Jesus Christ.

False Professors Solemnly Warned (Philippians 3:18,19) - C.H. Spurgeon S...

How to Deal with NARCISSISTS - 7 INSIGHTFUL Proverbs from the Bible

Answering a Fool is to Become Foolish Ourselves

Proverbs 26:3-5 "…3 A whip for the horse, a bridle for the donkey, and a rod for the backs of fools! 4 Do not answer a fool according to his folly, or you yourself will be like him. 5 Answer a fool according to his folly, lest he become wise in his own eyes."
A narcissist will attempt to goad us into foolish arguments to feel superior to us, do not do it.
Those who love to elevate themselves use many meaningless words and enjoy conflict. The more you engage with a foolish person the more you become just like him.
Matthew 7:6
"Do not give dogs what is holy; do not throw your pearls before swine. If you do, they may trample them under their feet, and then turn and tear you to pieces."
Proverbs 23:9
"Do not speak to a fool, for he will despise the wisdom of your words."
Proverbs 29:9
"If a wise man goes to court with a fool, there will be raving and laughing with no resolution."
Pride within the natural man feels the temptation to answer a fool, but God says a wise man avoids them and ignores them. Those who are in love with themselves cannot hear us, nor can they learn if they did hear, fighting to win is their only goal and they count themselves as winning if someone becomes frustrated or angry.

Haunted by Past Sin Because of a Stubborn Heart

The past haunts narcissists because they never admit their sins and flaws to become cleansed.

A young woman once told me she didn't believe we have to confess our sins to one another, we can just be nice next time. This is a classic response of a person who is incapable of repenting. Everyone who loves God is convicted of the smallest sin of rudeness and wants to confess it to the one they treated disrespectfully so that the relationship is not permanently damaged.

This young woman dishonored her mother and never ever apologized or confessed it as sin. To this day she acts as though she was justified in her rancor toward her mother. There is no forgiveness for those who will not confess.

1 John 1:9
"9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous, so that He will forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

Here is what God says about confession of sin.

James 5:16
"16 Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working."
1 John 1:9 "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

This woman who wanted to justify never having to admit her flaws defied the command in the Bible in favor of human wisdom.

These kinds of people justify their sinful attitudes by making up stories in their minds about what they wish to believe about a person so they can feel to count themselves "righteous judge" over the affairs of others. Their goal is to appear superior to everyone around them so when the jealousy in their heart overtakes them they act it out as if their concoctions of the mind are true.

Judges 17:6
"In those days there was no king in Israel; every man did what was right in his own eyes."

Those who have a pretense of "religion" on the outside but are ravenous wolves on the inside will exact revenge on anyone who will shine the light on their evil heart.

Matthew 7:15
“Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves."

Matthew 23:23-25 "…23 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You pay tithes of mint, dill, and cumin. But you have disregarded the weightier matters of the law: justice, mercy, and faithfulness. You should have practiced the latter, without neglecting the former. 24 You blind guides! You strain out a gnat but swallow a camel. 25 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You clean the outside of the cup and dish, but inside they are full of greed and self-indulgence."

These hypocrites judge others about small insignificant matters while justifying their own divisive heart that seeks to elevate themselves by demeaning and diminishing others even when their targets are living for Christ. These hypocrites accuse their targets of the very thing the hypocrites are doing but the targets are not.

Isaiah 9:16
"For those who guide this people mislead them, and those they mislead are swallowed up."

Matthew 15:14
"Disregard them! They are blind guides. If a blind man leads a blind man, both will fall into a pit."

There is no reasoning with people like this. One day a young woman approached me declaring that she was going to have a fight with me. Notice she didn't say; "I am concerned about our relationship could we have a discussion?

When someone comes to you loaded for bear to fight to win you know they are not open to learning how to resolve a conflict. They are there to intimidate and mock not to understand the other person or discover a misunderstanding to reconcile. They just want to fight to win over and will never place themselves in the shoes of another to love and appreciate the other person.

If someone loves you they will approach you with delicate humility to ask if you are alright, or if there is anything they can do to help. Coming to fight is what narcissists do to feel a sense of power over someone else. Loving godly people come to reconcile and to understand the one they love.

1 Corinthians 13:3-5
…3 If I give all I possess to the poor and exult in the surrender of my body, but have not love, I gain nothing.
4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
5 It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no account of wrongs."

Love shows no favoritism but delights in loving everyone.

Romans 2:10-11 "…10 but glory, honor, and peace for everyone who does good, first for the Jew, then for the Greek. 11 For God does not show favoritism."

Acts 10:34
"Then Peter began to speak: "I now truly understand that God does not show favoritism,"

James 2:8-10 "8 If you really fulfill the royal law according to the Scripture, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself,” you are doing well. 9 But if you show partiality, you are committing sin and are convicted by the law as transgressors. 10 For whoever keeps the whole law but fails in one point has become guilty of all of it.

A rebellious heart approaches to fight and shows favoritism to those they wish to impress, but a humble and loving heart approaches to understand and does not hold one person above another person. .

The Love of Christ

Being politically conservative has nothing to do with salvation. Doing and saying the right things are not evidence of a life changed by Christ.
Many people can "say" the right things who have never trusted in Christ will fool the undiscerning.
Matthew 7:15-20
You Will Know Them by Their Fruit
15 “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. 16 You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? 17 Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Therefore by their fruits you will know them."
Here is the fruit:
Galatians 5:22-23
"22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law."
This fruit will produce the love of Christ!
1 Corinthians 13:4-8
"4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away."
When we love Christ we treat everyone with respect and love not just those who elevate us personally. Partiality is not of God, but of the devil. When we love others we tell the truth to help. Those who do not have love hide and manipulate to cause hurt to those who love Christ.
May all reading this ask Christ to show them what love looks like and to be changed by Christ.

Religious vs Godly

Religious people repent to feel better about themselves but do not change their behavior. People who have been changed by Christ know their flaws say so and desire to grow in holiness.
Religious people care only about appearing good, actually being good is not important to them. This is why they are so secretive about themselves. They see honesty about flaws as a weakness vehemently disrespecting anyone who admits their flaws to be cleansed by God. Therefore we know there is pride and hatred in their hearts.
Proverbs 28;12-13 "…12 When the righteous triumph, there is great glory, but when the wicked rise, men hide themselves. 13 He who conceals his sins will not prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them will find mercy. 14 Blessed is the man who is always reverent, but he who hardens his heart falls into trouble."
1 John 1:9
"If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

Repenting from Religion

There are so many people who attend churches but have never become changed by Christ into a new creation. They devised a religion that appeals to them as they elevate themselves to feel special, they continue in pride ignoring the word of God to hold onto their desired human structure.
7:13 "Mark 7:13 "13Thus you nullify the word of God by the tradition you have handed down. And you do so in many such matters.”
Matthew 23:5-7 "Woes to Scribes and Pharisees
…5All their deeds are done for men to see. They broaden their phylacteries and lengthen their tassels. 6 They love the places of honor at banquets, the chief seats in the synagogues, 7the greetings in the marketplaces, and the title of ‘Rabbi’ by which they are addressed.…"
Those who will self reflect and seek Christ can repent from their self-righteousness and become cleansed by Christ. May many church attendees become delivered from their false religion and find freedom in Christ.
