We are to be careful of who we come into fellowship with. The devil has planted tares amongst the wheat.
Here is one indication, get into a fall out or become needy, you’ll see the Love of God rather it is being demonstrated in some way, or rejected as no love is is in them. (How dwelleth the love of God in you) quoting from a verse.
Tares do not produce godly traits, they imitate godly traits, when you truly have been born of God, that love of God, is shown through your love towards others.
Tares will not take accountability for their wrongs.
Tares seek popularity, popularity is a sign to them that they are godly.
Tares can be narcissistic, they can never face reality.
Tares, think that they are born again, but have put on a form of godliness and has denied the power thereof.
Some tares, have been cast aways… they were once on the walk to holiness, but have become complacent and distracted and moved away from their first love, to where they have become reprobate concerning the truth.
It’s rare, that you truly encounter someone who really, show the love of God by how they treat you. ( society in Christianity has become so self centered, reprobate, and apostate). Let us pray!
Yes, some people who you consider a friend or a family member, are exactly that… A tare.. they have not truly been born again, they were not of us, if they were they would have stayed with us, but they went out from among us to show, that they weren’t of us..
God will seperate the wheat from the tares .. there is a distinction!
