This is the nature of most of our "Christian" culture today as the churches become more apostate, not the true Church but those who pretend to be Christians but negate more of the Bible than they obey.

Jesus Christ is the Authority over Every Born-Again Believer
Anyone who accepts the church leaders as the authority over them negates the leading of the Holy Spirit. The church leaders have no authority only Christ does.
John 16:13 "
But when He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth; for He will not speak on His own, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come."
1 Corinthians 2:4-5
"and my speech and my message were not in plausible words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, so that your faith might not rest in the wisdom of men but in the power of God."
1 Thessalonians 5:20-22 "…20 Do not treat prophecies with contempt, 21 but test all things. Hold fast to what is good. 22 Abstain from every form of evil.…"
Whatever we hear from anyone else who claims to be a Christian must be tested through the Bible. The Holy Spirit will never tell us something different from what God says in His Word.
1 Corinthians 14:29
Two or three prophets should speak, and the others should weigh carefully what is said.
This is the order of the church gathering, that no one is the leader except Christ. One begins the proceedings as led by God and the others participate as led by the Holy Spirit. No one takes priority over anyone else.
If one person is speaking and another one has something from the Holy spirit then the first one is to sit down and let the other one speak.
This matter of not allowing anyone in the pew to interrupt is just another control mechanism to dominate over the people in the pews it is not Biblical.
1 Corinthians 14:36-42 "26 What then shall we say, brothers and sisters? When you come together, each of you has a hymn, or a word of instruction, a revelation, a tongue or an interpretation. Everything must be done so that the church may be built up.
27 If anyone speaks in a tongue, two—or at the most three—should speak, one at a time, and someone must interpret.
28 If there is no interpreter, the speaker should keep quiet in the church and speak to himself and to God.
29 Two or three prophets should speak, and the others should weigh carefully what is said.
30 And if a revelation comes to someone who is sitting down, the first speaker should stop.
31 For you can all prophesy in turn so that everyone may be instructed and encouraged.
32 The spirits of prophets are subject to the control of prophets.
33 For God is not a God of disorder but of peace—as in all the congregations of the Lord’s people."
The order of things in the modern church is against what God said and negates the work of the Holy Spirit in every believer.
There are still some gatherings that operate as God commanded but they are so few many of us can't find them in our communities. Especially in the Pacific Northwest which is a bastion of satanic rule.
If the Lord has called you out of the organized apostate church do not allow anyone else to guilt you into thinking you are forsaking the gathering. Remember God said where two or three are gathered He is in the midst. Being at home with your spouse or your family to honor God is a blessing in this age of deep error and deception.
Matthew 18:20
"20 For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.”
God considers it a gathering when only two or three are together, if there are more that's good but it is not required to be blessed by God.
We are living in the days just like those of Noah when no one would listen to sound doctrine and most people would be pressured to follow a system and a man rather than Christ.

Prayer Does Not Work, Only God Works
Did you know that prayer does not work, it is God Who works when we communicate with Him.
Prayer to anyone or anything other than Him in the name of Jesus Christ is dead prayer.
Many heathens today say "we are praying for you", what they mean is that they are saying words and they think their words alone have power. Their prayers are not to anyone necessarily just something to say into thin air.
Isaiah 1:14-15 "…14 I hate your New Moons and your appointed feasts. They have become a burden to Me; I am weary of bearing them. 15 When you spread out your hands in prayer, I will hide My eyes from you; even though you multiply your prayers, I will not listen. Your hands are covered with blood. "
All prayers are not heard, only those that are to the Heavenly Father in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ will be heard. And, only those who have been born-again with the Holy Spirit living in them will have an advocate with the Father in prayer.
John 14:15-17 "15 If you love Me, you will keep My commandments. 16 And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Advocate to be with you forever— 17 the Spirit of truth. The world cannot receive Him, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him. But you do know Him, for He abides with you and will be in you.…"
God will not even hear the prayers of His own children as long as they are sinning. Those who are born-again must confess their sins to be cleansed and those who are not born-again must repent, (change their mind about their sin....hating it) that they are a sinner and want to be changed by Christ into a new person in order to be saved.
We can trust Christ, we can believe Him!!!!
It is the false leadership within the organized church buildings who are driving all the wrong beliefs and the majority in the pews do not care, they accept the error in favor of superficial peace and happiness. Error is not important to most people since the mentality of our day is basically, "That's good enough", as long as they are doing some of what is good they ignore any sin or evil that creeps into the gathering.
Notice I don't say "joy" but rather "happiness"? Born-again believers have joy no matter what is happening around them or to them. The joy of the Lord comes from the Holy Spirit and nothing and no one can quench it. Even through our griefs and sorrow that ever-present joy lingers helping us through whatever God has for us.
Beating us up with words or physically and emotionally abusing us cannot remove our joy, It only strengthens our resolve to follow Christ knowing His purposes and wisdom are above ours. His greater good is better than my best.
Isaiah 55:8-9
8 “For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways My ways,” declares the Lord.
9 “For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are My ways higher than your ways
And My thoughts than your thoughts."
When we spend most of our time figuring things out that make sense to our human thinking, we are not seeking God. When we seek Christ in us He will tell us to do things that go against our fleshly ideas of "the right thing to do."
When the Holy Spirit moves within us it is often swimming upstream from those who are floating downstream with the herd.
Psalm 40:5
"Many, O LORD my God, are the wonders You have done, and the plans You have for us--none can compare to You--if I proclaim and declare them, they are more than I can count."
Isaiah 14:24
"The LORD of Hosts has sworn: "Surely, as I have planned, so will it be; as I have purposed, so will it stand."
Psalm 40:5
"5 Many, Lord my God, are the wonders which You have done,
And Your thoughts toward us;
There is no one to compare with You.
If I would declare and speak of them,
They would be too numerous to count."
We can trust Christ, we can believe Him!!!!
Taught By the Holy Spirit
John 6:45-47
"45 It is written in the Prophets: ‘And they shall all be taught of God.’ Everyone who has heard and learned from the Father, comes to Me.
46 Not that anyone has seen the Father, except the One who is from God; He has seen the Father.
47 Truly, truly, I say to you, the one who believes has eternal life.
No believer is above another believer, each one has a different role and calling but no one is over another.

If a leader teaches the right things they are led by the Holy Spirit. It is the Holy Spirit Who has the Authority not the man. The believers are the messengers.

"16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you forever,
17 even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him. You know him, for he dwells with you and will be in you.
18 “I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you."
Acts 1:8 "8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
Romans 12:6-8
6 "Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, in proportion to our faith; 7 if service, in our serving; the one who teaches, in his teaching; 8 the one who exhorts, in his exhortation; the one who contributes, in generosity; the one who leads, with zeal; the one who does acts of mercy, with cheerfulness."
Every born-again believer has gifts given to him/her by the Holy Spirit to edify the body of Christ and to serve the Lord Jesus Christ.
Romans 5:1-5 " Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, 2 through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in the hope of the glory of God. 3 And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces 2 perseverance; 4 hand perseverance, 3 character; and character, hope. 5 now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us."
Every born-again believer has been justified and possesses the fruit of the Spirit.
Matthew 7:15-20
You Will Know Them by Their Fruits
15 “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. 16 You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? 17 Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Therefore by their fruits you will know them."
Galatians 5:22-23
"22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law."
Those who do not have this fruit do not have the Holy Spirit.
1 Corinthians 2:14 "
"But a natural person does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned."
Those who are born-again can see the fruit, they connect with those who have the Holy Spirit but have no connection to those who do not have the fruit.
2 Corinthians 6:14 "Do not be mismatched with unbelievers; for what do righteousness and lawlessness share together, or what does light have in common with darkness?"
As born-again believers, we bring the light of Christ to those who are lost, when they refuse we move on to the next person who might listen. In these last days, there are few who will listen and many who attend gatherings have never been born again.
The churches have become social clubs to entertain the goats, they no longer bring truth but only partial truth that leads to error. Many preachers are blind leading the blind as they walk together down the wide path to perdition.
Pretenders feel safe but are not saved, it is better when they no longer feel safe, and are convicted of their sin of saying they are "Christians" but have no desire to obey Him. May each one repent who plays at Christianity and become born-again authentically through trusting in Christ.
Matthew 7:21-23
I Never Knew You
21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22 On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ 23 And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’"
Do not be one of those who think they are saved but are on their way to hell. Trust in Christ today and seek to be changed by Him through His Holy Spirit and His Word, the Bible.

Do Not Call Anyone Teacher
2 Timothy 3:1-5 describes the last days churches. It proves that we are in the end times. Notice God says they would have a "form of religion" but they deny God in their attitude and resistance to His Word.
2 Timothy 3:1-5
Difficult (ragingly insane)Times Will Come
"3 But realize this, that in the last days, difficult times will come.
2 For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, slanderers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy,
3 unloving, irreconcilable, malicious gossips, without self-control, brutal, haters of good,
4 treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,
5 holding to a form of [b]godliness although they have denied its power; avoid such people as these."
Many people are in the church buildings today who are not interested in obeying the Word of God, they are only interested in appearing special and good.
Matthew 23:26-28 "26 Blind Pharisee! First clean the inside of the cup and dish, so that the outside may become clean as well.
27 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You are like whitewashed tombs, which look beautiful on the outside, but on the inside are full of dead men’s bones and every kind of impurity. 28 In the same way, on the outside you appear to be righteous, but on the inside you are full of hypocrisy and wickedness."
This is also a description of the modern hierarchical church we see everywhere. They have their "specially educated" men who dominate the gathering but refuse correction themselves. These people have grown in arrogance as though superior to others while they lead many astray with their false cultural teachings not based on the Bible.
Oh, they use the Bible but out of context while adding human wisdom to their teachings. They resist any correction at all from those in the pews because they are seen as underlings. The Holy Spirit is treated as a concept instead of a person Who dwells in every born-again believer.
I was once told I couldn't know the truth of the Bible because I didn't go to seminary. My response was; "Oh, you think the Holy Spirit only goes to seminary." Of course, there was no response because this person was trained by our modern culture that it is men who train people for the ministry, not the Holy Spirit.
We see no commandment in the scriptures to attend a college, or special school, but we see many scriptures that tell us that it is the Holy Spirit Who leads us into all truth.
John 16:13 "

Much of the scripture used to prove a matter is taken out of context and misused not at all what God said. But worse yet is that when someone corrects the one in error it is the one who corrects who is treated contemptuously.
2 Timothy 4:2-4 "…2 Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and encourage with every form of patient instruction. 3 For the time will come when men will not tolerate sound doctrine, but with itching ears they will gather around themselves teachers to suit their own desires. 4 So they will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths.…"
Some of the most arrogant and unkind people I have met came out of seminary with a superior attitude, unreachable and resistant to the truth. They rarely speak the name of Jesus Christ and are hostile to those who insist in Biblical understanding as God gives it.
My prayer is that those who have been trusting these modern day Pharisees will stop following them and begin seeking the Holy Spirit.
Acts 2:38
"And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit."
Acts 1:8 ESV / 172
"But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
It is the Holy Spirit Who teaches and trains all of us. We all have a job to do, no one is superior to another and everyone should love one another as we walk through this life serving Christ in whatever He has given us to do. No job we have is superior to another job someone else has, they are all a matter of obeying Christ in what He has given us.
Believe God when He said it is the Holy Spirit Who leads us into all truth, but only if we want Him to teach us. Those who think they must learn from men will not be able to hear the Holy Spirit.
Godly people share with one another the wisdom God has given, but they are not the teachers, that is the Holy Spirit's job.
Matthew 23:8-10
8 But as for you, do not be called Rabbi (teacher); for only One is your Teacher, and you are all brothers and sisters.
9 And do not call anyone on earth your father; for only One is your Father, He who is in heaven.
10 And do not be called leaders; for only One is your Leader, that is, Christ."
Wow, seems pretty clear to me!

Most people who say they are Christians do not love Christ, they love their traditional cultural Christianity based on a mix of the Bible with a heavy sprinkling of paganism and humanism.
A clue that someone may not be saved is their defensiveness of concepts and principles that are not Biblical but are based on psychology as well as humanism.
Psychology and humanism is based on Darwinism, that people are nothing more than animals that evolved from nothingness.
Atheists are not those who don't believe in God, they are those who deny Him. They know there is an all-powerful God but in their rebellion they dismiss Him.
Those who minimize the Word of God in favor of their own desires cannot be born again. Those who removed passages from their context and adamantly defend them cannot be born of God, these are those who pretend to have a form of religion but deny the True God. 2 Timothy 3:5
John 12:48 "The one who rejects me and does not receive my words has a judge; the word that I have spoken will judge him on the last day.
Matthew 10:33
"But whoever denies me before men, I also will deny before my Father who is in heaven."
1 John 2:22
"Who is the liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the antichrist, he who denies the Father and the Son."
Atheists do believe in God and hate Him. They know God created the world and everything in it but refuse to give Him the honor and credit for it.
Those who know Christ, in whom Christ lives not only admit He exists but love Him above all others. They hear His voice and follow Him.

Spelling a sinful word leaving out a letter does not excuse the filthy language.
My heart grieves when I hear Christians saying good and right things using sinful language of the world. It makes me distrust them.
Even when they use language slightly changed so that we will know which word they are avoiding but still sounds very much like the filth word, I recoil and stop listening.
Romans 12:2 "2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect."
There is certain language I hear Christians using that gives them away, it tells me what kind of shows they are watching and the kind of people they are spending their time with. Sadly when they need to fit in with the world it negates anything they say about God.
Our language to fit in shows a measure of arrogance and the need to be special to the world.
Proverbs 16:5
"5 Everyone who is proud in heart is an abomination to the Lord;
Be assured, he will not go unpunished."

Two Who Cannot Walk Together

Most people who say they are Christians are not "born again", they have merely joined a Christian club but do not love Jesus Christ.
The love of fakers is fake, they play a role to pretend they are good, but they have no love for anyone. In fact they love to pretend they are good when they despise the truth of Christ.
2 Timothy 4:3
"3 For the time will come when they will not tolerate sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance with their own desires,"
Philippians 2:3
"3 Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves."
It is not possible to walk with someone who has continual anger toward you for your Biblical standards and boldness about the Word of God.
They may say they are Christians but prove their pretense when they gossip against us, lying to themselves that they love God but violate more of His Word than they obey.
Remember the story of Annanias and Sapphirah? All they did was lie to God about how much money they got for their land. God killed them. God may not kill us these days for lying but He does give us consequences. Those who are born again and constantly embellish the truth to appear superior will not have the blessing of wisdom on their life and what they have may be taken from them.

The False Mantra, "Only God Knows the Heart"
The mantra "only God knows the heart" is only true if someone does not have the Holy Spirit. Those who have the Holy Spirit can discern who is saved and who is not. Someone is only confused because our culture tells us we cannot know, but God has given us the truth to know.
Matthew 7:15-20
You Will Know Them by Their Fruits

This fruit is the character qualities of Christ, every believer can discern them in every other believer. When there is no Spiritual connection to someone and that someone fights against the word of God we have our answer that they do not possess the fruit of the Spirit.
When we encounter those who are friendly and kind to those who they like and mean and rude to those they don't like, while acting superior to others as a lifestyle, we know those people do not have the fruit of the Spirit.
Those who have the fruit of the Spirit do not "switch it up" depending who they are with, they are kind and possess all the fruit all of the time. If they fail at times they quickly confess and regret what they did and admit it to be cleansed. 1 John 1:9
Those who refuse to confess their sinful actions toward others, justifying rude acts and attitudes are not born again.
The modern Christianity observes regularly those who say they are Christians but have no fruit, this confuses them and removes their discernment.
1 John 4:1
"Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world."
Hebrews 5:14
"But solid food is for the mature, for those who have their powers of discernment trained by constant practice to distinguish good from evil."
Born-again believers train themselves to be discerning by knowing the Word of God and by consulting the Holy Spirit for understanding. We have no excuse for not having discernment, God clearly states that He gives wisdom to whoever wants it. But He will not give it to those who love their own ideas of wisdom and do not consult Him or His Word.
James 1:5-6
"5 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. 6 But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind."
Do not be led astray becoming confused by the modern idea of Christianity, check with God and believe Him.
