One Will Be Working and One Will Be Sleeping When Christ Comes For His Church
"No one knows the day or the hour of the Lord's return" because today for me is often tomorrow for other believers across the world.
That's why God said; "two will be in bed and one is taken while two will be in the field and one is taken.
In other words, some will be sleeping at night while others across the world will be working in the daytime.
When we think just a little more deeply we find how fascinating and exciting God's truth in the Bible can be.
Luke 17:33-35 "…33 Whoever tries to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life will preserve it. 34 I tell you, on that night two people will be in one bed: One will be taken and the other left. 35 Two women will be grinding grain together: One will be taken and the other left.”…"
Psalm 28:3
"Draw me not away with the wicked, and with the workers of iniquity, which speak peace to their neighbours, but mischief is in their hearts."
Let us make sure we are the ones that are taken when Christ blows the trumpet for our home going.

What are Dead Works!
Dead works are those we do without consulting Christ. When we ask God to speak to us He will!
When God Speaks to Us!
God speaks to us in love, the devil speaks to us condemning and demeaning. God leads us to Christ, the devil leads us away from Christ.
How do we recognize the spirit of contention? The spirit of contention causes someone to be unreachable, unapproachable, haughty and convinced of their fleshly and worldly ideas. There is no reasoning with those who must have their own ideas come before the principles of Christ.
When there is a loving teachable spirit there is no harsh and demeaning language. There is no fear or desire to be superior to anyone.
Kind loving people led by the Spirit of God speak to help others. The spirit of contention speaks to devalue others.
If the Lord speaks to us and we do not obey, He will stop speaking to us.
Our greatest goal as born-again believers ought to be to hear from God and then do what He says. In order for this to happen, we must read His Word and ask His counsel.
Psalm 32:8
"I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you should go; I will counsel you with My eye upon you."
Psalm 119:24
"Your testimonies also are my delight;
They are my counselors."
