When we have been born again, we are changed forever.
Never to be changed back to the old again.
The butterfly cannot return to the cocoon and become a worm again, any more than a full grown person can return to a baby in the mother's womb.
2 Corinthians 5:17 "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new."
