This is why I am convinced that if we do not have to live with a narcissist whom we are not married to, we should get away or minimize contact with them. As the Bible says; "bad company corrupts good character." We really do take up the habits of those we hang around all the time. When we are with someone who pushes our buttons or disagrees with everything we believe its time to move on. It is common for the narcissist to poke at us all the time for the purpose of causing a problem. They just love problems they start that they can blame on you.

Narcissists and The Codependent Dance
This is why I am convinced that if we do not have to live with a narcissist whom we are not married to, we should get away or minimize contact with them. When we are with someone who pushes our buttons or disagrees with everything we believe its time to move on. It is common for the narcissist to poke at us all the time for the purpose of causing a problem. They just love problems they start that they can blame on you.
