Presenting Our Bodies as Living Sacrifices

Romans 12:1-2 "I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect."

John 4:24 "24 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in Spirit and truth.”

If anyone cannot worship unless they are in those man-made buildings, then they do not understand the Spiritual nature of our worship, being a living sacrifice, not conformed to the world.

 
The system of "Christianity" that is practiced in most church gatherings ignores Christ in many ways, being led by people instead of Christ. Much of what goes on in the modern gathering is not Biblical but treated as though it must be done because everyone has always done it.

 
Our bodies are the temple of Christ, not any ritual or mantra, but living according to His Word and speaking His Truth while obeying His commands and principles, as well as edifying one another to continue in obedience to His Word.

 
Ephesians 4:15: "Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into Christ Himself, who is the head."
