Do Not Look Back as Lot's Wife Did

When you become saved, do not look back to the old ways and people you used to know, the sins you left behind, and the memories that brought you low.

 
Remember Lot's wife; she looked back, longing for what she thought she lost.
When people want you to look back, you are free to reject the temptation and look at the person of Jesus Christ, Who changed you, moved you along a new path that leads to heaven.

Do not mourn the people you left behind or who turned away from you; they do not walk the same path with the same goals.
