We are living in a world that thrives on fantasy, if they "feel" it or want to believe it, then it must be true.

For years when I was a child, and I am 68 years old, people were saying Elvis Presley was a Christian because he sang gospel songs. He had no fruit of the Spirit and lived a wicked life.

An agonizing thing for a born again believer is for people to shout "don't judge" because we point out the truth, but the same people will judge someone as righteous without any evidence except a few songs or that someone attends a church gathering somewhere.

They are doing this same thing with our president and other prosperity preachers. They are not discerning because they are not reading their bibles and they are not consulting the Holy Spirit in prayer.

Matthew 7:21-23 "21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. 22 Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?’ 23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness.’"

The mantra today might be to God, "but Lord I told everyone I was a Christian"!

This is just how irrational our culture has become. If you doubt that the end times are here, then just take a glance around you for a skinny minute and your eyes will be opened. Read the Bible and see that all this mess has been prophesied.

Excellent message again! I have been praying for many years, probably 40 of them, for my children and my extended narcissistic family. They do not change and they seem to be getting worse. Then one day God said to me in my heart, "all the prayers you uttered over the past 40 years still are on record, no need to keep praying, I know your desire for them and what is best for them. " This freed me from uttering prayers so often, practically begging God. I realized it might be a lack of faith to keep praying since perhaps I don't know if He heard me or if He knows what He needs to do. Such arrogance on my part to think I should keep telling God what to do. Now I pray that God will cause me to do and be the right things when I have to be around these people. If I don't heave to be around them I stay away as much as possible.
