Confession Moves Us Forward in Holiness!

Yes, all sins, past present and future, are forgiven the believer who has been changed into a new creation by Christ. However, we confess them to God to grow in holiness, we cannot progress if we will not admit we have a problem in an area. We confess to one another to mend relationships, a relationship cannot remain strong if one will not confess their sin against another believer, it will ruin the relationship, just as not confessing to God will keep God from hearing our prayers.
