Never Compromise to have Friends

Never compromise your conviction just to have friends.

Refuse to keep company with those who are attempting to shape you into their desired image for you.

If we compromise, if we allow others to shape us into their image, most likely we will be disobeying God and diminishing our walk with Christ.

Never let others dictate to us what we have chosen to be as a person, we make our own choice as to what we want to be. Personally I desire to walk with Christ, most of the world does not, even those who attend churches will pressure us to accept things that God says are sins.

There are those who will attempt, with the devil's help to convince us that we are being or doing bad when it is Christ that we are obeying. Guilting us to make us stop obeying Him, is one of the biggest tactic in the devil's tool belt.

We are not responsible to do what other people think we should do, we are responsible to seek God and obey Him. There are many people who will treat us with contempt because we didn't do what they thought we should do, they intimidate and mock us for doing what we have been called to do....remove them from your life, they will bring nothing but stress while serving no good.

These people who require you to be like them have only one goal in mind and that is to control us. These people hate that we are controlled and empowered by Christ, they do because it is the devil who uses their mouth, even without their knowledge.

If we allow these people to control us, we begin to think we must become like them. This is where cliques are developed in churches, people who are afraid of being alone transform themselves into clones of the other popular people in the church, while losing their identity entirely.

Our identity in Christ is not based on what anyone else is doing but on Christ alone Who lives in us.

Have a good reason for everything you do, and that reason would be because Christ is motivating us, He is teaching us and He has a purpose for us.

Those in cliques often have set aside their own brain to be connected to the collective brain. They accept everything the collective brain does because it's easier, it is fraught with superficiality and takes no effort, it is laziness of soul.

We are to follow Christ not other people.

Proverbs 8:17
"I love those who love me, and those who seek me diligently find me."
