Psychology the Great Fraud!!!

Psychology is the biggest fraud ever foisted on the human race. It has nothing to offer for the born again believer.

Much of the determinations of the psychologist is based on their observations not medical science. I have seen people being diagnosed with depression when they had none at all.

Since people have been led to believe the doctors are gods they will swallow anything they are told by a doctor.

Yes, doctors have much training in medical science and are able to do amazing things because of their knowledge. However psychology is based on Darwinism not science.

Darwinism is a sudo-science based on observations and guesses. Often those in psychology will see the tactics and actions of people but will interpret them based on evolution rather than on the Word of God.

Someone is not depressed just because they are in pain and may even be crying. Their tears are nothing more than the bodies way of releasing stress caused by the pain.

With born again believers we can have great joy right in the middle of our pain without depression, but the unsaved world cannot relate to this since their emotions rule nearly everything in their lives.

For so long the psychological industry was telling us to pay close attention to our feelings and not to deny them. However good that sounds they left off one thing, that we should acknowledge our feelings to be able to evaluate them according to truth and act only on the basis of truth not the feelings. Truth comes from God in His Word.

Feelings are often wrong, the devil uses them to evoke anger when there need not be any anger. Those who are not born again are prey to the devil's tactics of "feelings baiting."

This phrase just came to me as I was writing, it makes good sense though, "feelings baiting" is when the devil makes us feel a certain way that evokes anger or sadness, it is when we lean into those feelings and act upon them that we can unnecessarily destroy relationships.

When we take note of the feelings and compare them to truth we often realize the feelings had no basis in fact but had the potential to blow up a relationship. It is feelings that keeps us in bondage and fear that we will not be liked if we establish boundaries for our lives. The fear that people will not like us is based on feelings. If we have to keep a friend by denying our personal convictions then our friend is not true anyway, it is best to let them go while making new friends who support our direction in life, that is walking the narrow path with Christ.

1 Peter 5:8-9 "8 Be sober-minded and alert. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. 9 Resist him, standing firm in your faith and in the knowledge that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kinds of suffering.…"

When we know the Bible well and seek the Lord in prayer we have the power to dissipate the feelings in favor of rational godly words and actions. The devil has no power over those who live in truth rather than according to their feelings.

The unsaved worldly person tends to be driven by their feelings. Once the feelings have taken over there is no reasoning with these people.

Proverbs 29:8-10 "…8 Mockers inflame a city, but the wise turn away anger. 9 If a wise man goes to court with a fool, there will be raving and laughing with no resolution. 10 Men of bloodshed hate a blameless man, but the upright care for his life.…"
Remember the term, "feelings baiting", it may come through a person but the devil is on the person's shoulders figuratively speaking. The devil can also make this happen even when no one is around, he is the voice that spreads the lies in our mind. Just as he did with Eve in the garden, causing her to distrust God. He still does this today!!!!
It is pride that wells up within us that wants to make sure we are heard. The pride is only a temptation until it leads to wrong actions. In other words, consult God first before saying or doing anything. The response is not important, there are many sinful responses to good things. The obedience is what God is wanting, our obedience in speaking truth.
Hallelujah!!!!!
