All Believers Speak with Authority

Recently I have been accused of speaking with authority on Facebook and the person who challenged me believed women should not do this. The Holy Spirit lives in every single believer and is commanded to speak of the Lord to anyone as the Holy Spirit leads.

The Bible was written for all born-again believers the only place God tells a woman to remain silent is in the gathering of the fellowship in which men are to lead. Even then a woman is allowed to pray and prophesy as long as her head is covered.

1 Peter 4:11

"11 Whoever speaks is to do so as one who is speaking actual words of God; whoever serves is to do so as one who is serving by the strength which God supplies; so that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belongs the glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen."
