The Devil Controls the Drama

If you have been perplexed by all the nonsensical drama that seems to envelope you in this life, this may shed some light on it. We are living in a fallen world, that is getting worse all the time.

As reasonable godly thinking people, we are astonished at the silliness we encounter. Irrational reactions to normal, benign actions and conversations seem to be increasing.

The church gatherings are full of pretenders, not merely false teachers but also those who are divisive through their disobedience and haughty arrogant attitudes, defending that which God has condemned, they cause trouble, polarizing people against one another.

These same divisive individuals will attempt to bring others into their fold thought lies and half truths. They think they are being cleaver, while in fact they are being manipulated by demons.

Sadly there are those who remain silent within the gatherings merely to be accepted but would not normally surrender their own lives to the same sins, they manage to endorse the sin in the lives of others by their silence.

These people of the devil, are unaware that they are being used to do the bidding of the evil one. When they do evil and are confronted about their evil, they play the victim to garner sympathy from others, thereby managing to turn others against those who will not accept their sin. Even though the real evidence shows that a liar has manipulated the perceptions of others, undiscerning people who are worried about the praise of men, will hold their tongues when they should speak. The devil is diabolical in his dealings, intimidation and manipulation are his favorite tools.

He can get people to think their wicked plans are their own idea, even being proud of themselves for how shrewd they were, all the while the devil and his minions are enjoying the mess they create.

God has a lot to say about all this:

John 8:43-45 "…43 Why do you not understand what I am saying? It is because you are unable to accept My message. 44 You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out his desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, refusing to uphold the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, because he is a liar and the father of lies. 45 But because I speak the truth, you do not believe Me!…"

2 Corinthians 4:3-4
"3 And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing,
4 in whose case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving so that they might not see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God."

2 Corinthians 11:13-15 "…13 For such men are false apostles, deceitful workers, masquerading as apostles of Christ. 14 And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. 15 It is not surprising, then, if his servants masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will correspond to their actions.…"

1 Peter 5:8
"8 Be of sober spirit, be on the alert. Your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour."

Those who choose to obey God and ask for His Wisdom will be able to see these attitudes for what they are, that is devilish.

Ephesians 4:14 "14 As a result, we are no longer to be children, tossed here and there by waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, by craftiness in deceitful scheming;"

2 Peter 1:4 "4 For by these He has granted to us His precious and magnificent promises, so that by them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world by lust."

Philippians 1:9-10 "And it is my prayer that your love may abound more and more, with knowledge and all discernment, so that you may approve what is excellent, and so be pure and blameless for the day of Christ,"

We don't have to be undiscerning or lacking in wisdom, it is a choice to either have discernment and wisdom or not.

James 1:4-6 "…4 Allow perseverance to finish its work, so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. 5 If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him. 6 But he must ask in faith, without doubting, because he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.…"
