The school children of today are being constantly lied to in order to turn them against their parents. The government wants to be their parent, but for that to happen effectively the children must see the government schools as their authority and mentors.
This happened to many stay at home moms, their children were taught that their mother didn't know anything, that what mother was teaching was silly and wrong.
When the children came home and told their mother what they were learning sometimes she had to correct them, but they didn't revere or honor her teaching so they went with everyone else around them.
They believed in "self esteem" even if they said they didn't, the way they acted disrespectfully toward their mother showed her they did suck some of that false teaching into their soul without even realizing it. The children revered and respected their father because he was educated in state schools and held good jobs. Mother was just a "housewife" in their opinion even if she supported their father in all his endeavors.
To this very day many mothers are seen as a problem and foolish because she speaks of the Bible often, refuses to do what others think is good but she know goes against God's Word and does not tolerate their attitudes of disrespect.
These same children claim to be Christian but married narcissistic people who encouraged them to despise their mother, even making judgments and speaking lies that were not true of her at all.
This description of the Mothers of a generation ago is common in our day. The mother who stood for righteousness, hated sin and evil is the one who was maligned all her life for her dedication to truth.
Not only was the school system influential in this way with the children, the extended families engaged in the indoctrination to turn the children against the teachings of the mother.
Sadly we see more of this than we see of support for mothers who are attempting to teach the things of God. There is little support for those parents who want to use the Bible for their teachings. Even Christians who attend church regularly are influencing the children in worldly ways that diminish the Word of God in the eyes of the children.
