The Entire Culture is Narcissistic

I discovered the narcissism as the family structure in my home many years after I left to be married. Then later I realized that even extended family were narcissists also. I realized that our entire culture was this way. They were almost indifferent to anyone but themselves and were easily riled when someone expressed a different opinion, even in mild and genuine terms.

Once I realized this it was easy to walk away. There are too many people in the world who are lovely and open to waste time surrounded by those who are continual downers. The world as a whole is becoming more like this every day. The younger generation is thin-skinned, easily scratched at the slightest hint that someone might think differently from them.

2 Timothy 3:1-5
“Difficult Times Will Come”
3 But realize this, that in the last days difficult times will come.
2 For men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, revilers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy,
3 unloving, irreconcilable, malicious gossips, without self-control, brutal, haters of good,
4 treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,
5 holding to a form of godliness, although they have denied its power; Avoid such men as these.

This is the description of the church in the last days. It is astonishing how many people in churches today cannot tolerate being corrected, instructed or not being treated as special little princesses and princes.

They are full of pride and think its good.

Isaiah 5:20 " 20 Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who turn darkness to light and light to darkness, who replace bitter with sweet and sweet with bitter."
