The narcissists will ask you how you are doing so they can show you how disinterested they are through a lack of reaction or conversation about what you have told them.
When you see this happening it is best to let it go and keep your distance. Manipulation, intimidation and mocking are no basis for a relationship.
People who love you never use these tactics even once. Those who love you will be engaging and interested as well as share openly with you. There is no pretense with those who love others.

It is noble to sing and praise God through the hard things, even imprisonment, just like Paul and Silas did. God gave us their story so we would know that it can be done through the Power of the Holy Spirit.

Disregard the Drama
Brothers and Sisters, no matter what you are hearing, disregard it as drama.
God said "when you see these things....look up", that was the command, not to look around, not to prepare with hordes to protect ourselves but the command was to "lookup." Hallelujah!!!! We have such great hope, nothing that happens here can compare with what is coming for the believers.
Luke 21:27-28 "…27At that time they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. 28When these things begin to happen, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”
The devil is working hard to turn everything into fear panic, and division, even among believers, DON'T LET HIM!!!!
The Modern Phenomenon Believing What We Like Trather than Truth
Sadly I am seeing a phenomenon in our country now but has been around a long time.
I have noticed often that people state as fact that which they want to happen, it doesn't have to have proof or good evidence, as long as they wish to believe it. I deal with this all the time, it is impossible to reason with someone's "feelings."
Our entire culture is driven more by feelings than reason. Many years ago my husband and I were active in the pro-life movement from the very beginning, that is 1973. During that time pro-lifers were saying this will be over in a year. They declared that this would not continue past that year.
Here we are more than 60 million babies and more than 40 years later we are still aborting babies in America and the world. The point being here that people believe and act upon what they like and want more than on truth.
We have voted for "pro-life" presidents that have appeared to help the movement but did nothing major that abated it. None of them have done an emancipation proclamation to determine the unborn to be persons. All of them have been feeble in their assertion of pro-life leanings.
