Yep, just because someone is nice to you does not
mean they are worthy of your trust. Time will tell
as you interact with them whether or not they are
a friend or foe. Do not be guilted by our culture
into making friends with those who do not love
God, they will only bring unnecessary trouble.
James 4:4 "4 You adulteresses!
Do you not know that friendship with the world
is hostility toward God?
Therefore, whoever chooses to be a friend of the
world renders himself an enemy of God."

If we allow others to dictate our path they are in control. If we allow Jesus Christ to guide our path then He is in control.
