Purpose in all things for the Born-Again Believer

God has a purpose in everything we go through. We are in boot camp to learn wisdom we need to know when we rule with Christ in the Millennium.
Romans 8:28
"28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose."
There isn't anything we go through that is without a purpose, especially the difficult things.
We cannot learn important lessons when things are easy or when they please us. Our lessons are learned in enduring when we can't have what we want or when we have to wait for something.
One of the fruits of the Spirit is patience, how could we learn that when everything comes quickly and easily without having to wait?
The greatest thing to pray for is wisdom. When we do this we find ourselves in situations that teach us things if we are willing to learn.
Those who are not willing to learn will not learn, they will remain stubborn and ignorant even believing they are wise when they are not.
Isaiah 5:20-21 "…20 Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who turn darkness to light and light to darkness, who replace bitter with sweet and sweet with bitter.
21 WOE TO THOSE WHO ARE WISE IN THEIR OWN EYES AND CLEVER IN THEIR OWN SIGHT."
Those who are truly wise will not grumble when things are out of their control, they will know it is God's training determined to learn the lesson God has for them. We reap great benefits when we lean into God's lessons but reap havoc and foolishness when we fight against His training.
2 Timothy 3:16-17 "16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for instruction, for conviction, for correction, and for training in righteousness, 17 so that the man of God may be complete, fully equipped for every good work.…"
Born-again believers will rule with Christ in the Millennium, I am convinced all we learn on this earth will serve us well during that 1000 years.
When we view things in this way we can be less agitated at the hardships of life. Trusting in Christ brings peace and joy to those who seek Him every single day. Hallelujah!!!
