Disregarding Another Spirit Filled Person is a Sin

We cannot find anything in Scripture that says because women are physically and emotionally weaker vessels they should be disregarded. Women as well as men who are born again have the Holy Spirit. No one is to be disregarded or demeaned.
1 Peter 3:7 "
Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with your wives with understanding, giving honor unto the wife as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life, that your prayers be not hindered."
God gave the command to protect his wife because she was more fragile than men. Of course, you will find women who are strong, but as a whole, the women focus on emotions and are physically weaker.
However, Every woman and every man who has the Holy Spirit no matter which gender can be Spiritually strong because they each have the Holy Spirit living in them.
For years we have heard some men demean women because they picked the fruit but what they forgot was that Eve picked the fruit after being deceived, but Adam partook of the fruit knowing full well he was disobeying God. Both man and woman were accountable, the woman for leaning into her emotions and the man for having weak leadership toward the woman.
God gave each man and woman different roles in the family and the church based on their physical makeup. Neither role was better than the other they were just different. Men should not demean a woman for her role and women should not demean a man for his role. After all, the were the roles give by God.
In the case of Ananias and Sapphira God killed them for conspiring together to lie to the Holy Spirit. I wonder if things would have been different if Sapphirah had done her job as counselor to her husband, would he have changed his mind and done what was right. I guess we won't know but let this be a lesson to both husband and wife. When the husband is about to take the wrong path the wife is to counsel him from the word to get back on the right one. When the wife is about to take the wrong path the man is to lead by example and teach to entice his wife to go down the right path.
Man and woman are a couple melded together by God's glue as one in marriage, we are to counsel and guide one another according to God's Word. Of course, this presumes that both husband and wife are born again. If there is a non-believer in a marriage that would take an entirely different discussion.
God said; we are "heirs together" in this life, not one better than the other just different.
